While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

To protect platform integrity, every review on our platform—verified or not—is screened by our 24/7 automated software. This technology is designed to identify and remove content that breaches our guidelines, including reviews that are not based on a genuine experience. LetSafe UK provides compliant landlord paperwork for the Renters' Rights Act 2025 era. We publish plain-English tenancy documents, statutory notices and compliance tools for private landlords and small portfolio owners across England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. Our library covers the paperwork landlords actually need: periodic assured tenancy agreements, HMO per-room agreements, Section 8 and Section 21 notices, right to rent check records, deposit and prescribed information templates, and complete compliance packs. Every document is drafted against the legislation in force in its own jurisdiction and reviewed when the law changes, so you are not working from an out-of-date template downloaded years ago. Alongside the paid documents we publish free tools: transition wizards for moving existing tenancies onto the new regime, rent and notice period calculators, notice checkers, and a compliance diary that shows what is due and when. Documents are delivered digitally after checkout in editable and fillable formats, with guidance notes explaining what each clause does and which parts you need to complete. To be clear about what we are: LetSafe UK is not a firm of solicitors, a letting agent or an insurance provider. We supply self-help legal templates and plain-English guidance for landlords who want to stay compliant on routine paperwork without paying for bespoke advice. Where a situation is genuinely contentious, we say so and point you towards a qualified professional. We read every review. Feedback from landlords is how we keep the documents accurate, current and readable.
