I’d spoken to Louis about a year ago for a ring and it wasn’t the right time and I was looking for a particular type of engagement ring for my fiancé. I dropped him an email and he got back to me very quickly and he began guiding me through the custom ring process. He clearly guided me through the different settings, rings and stones and was able to give me a quote that was within my budget. His communication through the entire process was impeccable - everything was explained clearly and he responded quickly. The ring took exactly the amount of time he said it would take to make it and he sent pictures of all the setting, gems and also the finished ring before delivery. The ring itself was better than what I could have imagined. I proposed a few days ago and my fiancé is so happy with the ring and she feels like it suits her perfectly. She has been getting non stop comments about how gorgeous the ring is and all her friends are asking me where I got it. Very very made up with the purchase and Louis was brilliant throughout the entire process

I bought a teddy pendant just like the on they have here when I was 15 years old at a flea market, I am now 33, sadly I lost it until I finally found and exact replaced i was so happy and thrill, it came on time and it been perfect!

I ordered 2 Cultured Pearl Pink Tormline and Amethyst Sterling Silver Trilogy Rings , absolutely stunning, the gemstones really shine in the light, I will buy again in the future, definitely recommend, fast delivery.

I am very happy with the jewelry I received – the quality of the stones and the design are truly beautiful. The craftsmanship is impressive, and each piece looks even better in real life than in the photos. My only small note is that one of the rings tends to catch a little on clothing. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my purchase and would definitely recommend this store.

Great service and quick delivery and beautiful ring

Overall happy with the purchase. Although it looked nothing like the picture of item ordered. Disappointed for that reason as it was a special silver anniversary present for my wife. She is very happy because she never seen the original. Probably wont buy from here again. In reply to yours. the original picture showed an opel stone and an aqumarine stone set in the ring. the actual ring is one stone set in a diamond surround. it says the stone is mixed i personally do not see it.

I have always found LBG Jewellers always polite and helpful and very prompt, the rings l buy are beautiful. The setting is good and strong, not like some other retailers where the gold and silver is easily bent.
I love their jewellery, not only am l going to buy new rings from them but l am going to get some old rings repaired and strengthened.
