When ordering an item, a Christmas present, one must know that the item comes to the promised time. This gift cost me an extra gift for my granddaughter. It doesn't hold to say to a child on Christmas Eve that the presenter comes since. You need to get a system that gives explanation the day after the estimated delivery time. Martin has done a straightforward job

Customer service that takes extra good care of customers
I ordered a solar fountain from them which took over a month to arrive and two correspondence with their customer service, the last one of which disappointed me (they cancelled my order due to long waiting). But the product came and it worked and I was happy with it and still am. I have messaged customer service again to inform that I have finally received the product and would like to pay. They have replied that I could keep the product at no cost. I do feel for them because they´re after all doing business. So I hope they could find a solution for a faster delivery. Anyway, I am a very contented customer now and will certainly come back to buy again.

Very happy with Let'sdeal customer service. They answer on a timely manner, always resolve the issue in a satisfying way. I had different cases of cancellations, changes, returns...Never was disappointed by them. I also was amazingly surprised when one time they took the initiative to cancel and refund a deal (before I use it) based on bad reviews from other customers. Nice to deal with a service who cares! keep up the good work

Flawless experience for 5 years
No issues with buying from Let’s Deal - have bought a lot of thing in the last 5 years, and everything had been perfect.
Some shippment have been delayed(mainly because of holiday-season or because of local reasons).

I have bought from Lets Deal several times, and in the two cases I actually had to contract them (one was because of an error I made myself), they helped me within a day with no arguments or anything. It's almost like IKEA!
