I have bought a cupon for a dentist check, trying to make an appointment and they say me that my cupon is not valid.

You should have your own booking system

It should be possible to see the availability of appointments before the purchase. I bought coupons but to use them I need to book through Bokadirekt, I would like to do everything through letsdeal, and know before pay if the service it's gonna be available to use soon. Now I must wait almost one month to get my massage because they are full booked.

When they say today’s lunch deal but…

When they say today’s lunch deal but you do it get it it is not nice.I went there at lunch time and the person says you will get one vegetable and rice you cannot take by yourself(he will serve you with very less quantity) also very less salad..it is kind of cheat. Also I asked what is the price for lunch he says it is 150 when his website says 130.

If I could give zero star I would.
I ordered a table for the living room. When I ordered, it said that they would deliver to my home adress. When I called DHL they told me that they would deliver to DHL delivery point and NOT my home adress. I then wrote to lets deal customerservice, who btw does not answer my questions. After texting back and forth to “Josefine” I am told that they never deliver to home adresses! And they want me to go and get the 20 kilo table myself, which by the way is 20-25 min in car from where I live! And Josefine says that I can pick uo the table and return it if I do not want it! However, this is the problem - I can’t pick it up, because I don’t have a car. So if I do not pick the table up, They will charge me for transport and freight.
The customer service really suck and it’s like you’re texting with a robot. I do NOT recommend buying from here at all!

When I was living in Stockholm

When I was living in Stockholm, I used this shop. There are many products sold and I like it very much, the assortment is broad, for example I bought here a pack of toothbrushe heads for my electric Oral-b toothbrush. The price was of high delight for me, maybe even lower than in the local store.
Also, I was thinking of buying some satin pillowcases for my pillows in the living room. They would perfectly supplement the design of the room, but unfortunately I had to move away from the country back to the hometown...

Think where you give your money

Customers who buy services from them should think about the people who will give them the service. How much money they will have left. Nothing is left for them. You buy the service for 70% off and they receive from let’s deal the 50% of that you paid and they have to pay the products, vat, taxes, rent. So there’s no salary for them. Let’s deal is the only one who make money from this. It’s better if you contact the store and ask for an offer than buy the coupon. We should think about the people who provide us the service!

Beware: Poor Service, No Trust, Waste of Time, Unfair, Frustrating, Time-Wasting, Discriminatory.

Warning to All: Let's Deal doesn’t care about you once they have your money. My story shows how they treat customers badly, especially if you're from another country. They don’t trust us and make things very hard.

1. Trying to Use Deals - Impossible: Bought deals, but when I tried to use them, no one helped me. Tried to get a refund, and it got worse.

2. They Don’t Trust Customers: Even after I showed them proof that I couldn’t use the deals, they wanted more and more. Felt like they didn’t believe me at all.

3. Feels Like They Treat Foreigners Worse: I’m not from here, and it felt like they used that against me. They didn’t listen or help, just made things harder.

Important: They Ignore Customer Rights: Let's Deal doesn’t care if you’re unhappy. They have your money, and that’s all they want. Don’t expect help or respect.

Final Word: Think Twice Before Using Let's Deal. Your time and money are important. Don’t waste them on a service that doesn’t respect you or your rights. There are better choices out there.
