Nothing wrong with website idea

Nothing wrong with website idea, but the treatment I've got last time was not satisfying because of saloon used a fake equipment.

So coffee cancelled the placed order

I purchased a deal of so coffee cake and placed order by visiting the shop and they accepted the order. However when the payment option was shown from lets deal the shop owner started to sound uncomfortable. Still nothing was cancelled. We left the shop and in matter of 30 minutes the order was cancelled by the shop owner.

Let,s deal worst customer service & worst delivery system

I order my produkt around 20 april between 25 april and they did not even dispatch the pakeg at 08 maj ,i write a email to ask, plz send me link to my pakeg or i cansel my order 20 maj because I travel soon for Vacation but Isted of they send me link to my pakeg og send my pakeg they cansel order 09 maj and send Money return to my bank account,that,s why this Company let,s deal is waist of time and energi and worst customer service,,,,
I got My produkt from another swedish company in sweden with in 3 days my pakeg was at my home address and i am happy with produkt plus very fast delivery service

Absolutely the worst partnership…

Absolutely the worst partnership service they have been threatened me they had been disrespected me they had been using my business on their profit the customer service is the worst management is the worst managers taking care of the accounts are absolutely non-knowledgeable I will not recommend this company at all to anybody they are such a scam

Item was not delivered and no way to contact the customer service

Hi,

I ordered a toaster from Let's dear which is sold by them directly. It's now two weeks passed and I haven't got any info about the delivery while when I ordered it, it was written to be delivered latest by March 25th. No way to contact directly the customer service, I wrote an email to them and received no reply either.

worst customer experience i never ever…

worst customer experience i never ever seen!!
i purchased 4 film tickets from let's deal and none of them are valid when i try to use it. i contact customer service to ask solution, after one week, Josefin replies me with one sentence, contact films taken. i contacted filmstaden they said the codes have been used since i bought from lets deal, i need to ask them, i contact back again attached all conversation i have with film staden, you know what, Josefin reply me exact the same: For help, contact filmstaden.

excuse me???? have you really read my email??? have i don't need a robot to repeat the same useless message after long waiting!! i need a full refund back!!

Det är ofattbart att Lets Deal hänsynslöst inte vill hjälpa en kund som har köpt en deal men pga operation vill bara förlänga giltighetstiden. Jag undrar med tanke på att min betalda deal är inte utnyttjad vad tillfaller mina pengar?

It is inconceivable that Lets Deal ruthlessly does not want to help a customer who has bought a deal but due to surgery only wants to extend the validity period. I wonder considering that my paid deal is not used what goes to my money?

Bad company don't buy here…

I gave one star because there was no zero star. If I had known about their poor and unreliable customer service I wouldn't had ever bought anything on this website. I bought health check control on this website that was supposed to be done by Smolab AB in Malmö and never got a booking, after one month of sending million emails to both letsdeal and Smolab without replies, Smolab told me that their agent in Mälmö has shut down and I should get my almost 700kr from letsdeal which hasn't reply my mails. I filled and sent the konsumerverket refunds form as instructed on their website still no reply. I was forced to contact klarna since payment was made via them and still waiting. Next step will be to contact a lawyer to claim my money and damage cost . Never will I or any one I know will near this website.
