I really like this website and plan to use it to enhance my photographs instead of the one I was using. The price is right, and Gabriela at customer service responded quickly and fixed any issues that I had.

I have been feeding Letsenhance batches of scans of old family photos, mostly using the 'Old Photo' setting. Although I was initially surprised by the colorised results, I have been very pleased by the way the great majority of them come out. There have been a couple (out of more than 100) where my reaction was 'very nice ... but who is that?) Face was close family resemblance but not the relative as I remember. And a couple of very old and faded B&Ws where the face of someone near the background became a very recgnizable AI monster when viewed at magnification.

I signed for the basic plan - 50 credits. Initially I used some 12 or 13 credits but, next day, when I tried to login it didn´t take my credentials and I am longer able to use the App. This means I lost some 70 % of my money. And I cannot find a way to contact them to clarify this issue...

Using the service was super simple and the results were astounding. I haven't been able to find results as clear, sharp, and faithful to the original image as Let's Enhance. When folks ask about my art, I'm excited to tell them how I did and plug the service. And the customer service has been super responsive.

I have purchased photo enhancement products from several companies, but I did not know how to use them and contacted them several times, but I never ever received any reply after made payment from these companies,
However, LETS ENHANCE tried their best to find a solution until the problem was solved. Their attitude was trustworthy.

It's easy to work with the software, and the results are wonderful and unbelievable. Very happy that I made my choice, selecting the "Let's Enhance". Also, the support is great and prompt. Well done!!!

Great customer service. Gabriela was amazing. Got to my case first thing in the morning and made it super simple.

I signed up for the 7-day trial and they charged me for 2 months that I did NOT authorize! I reached out to them for a refund request but they wouldn't even after I never used any of my 200 credits! Stay away!!

I needed help from the team to update something on my account and Nikita actioned it immediately with no hassles and even sorted out a refund for an error, with no issues! Great customer service!

Absolutely nothing but outstanding from a customer service perspective. My credit card was charged and I was not sure why as I thought I was on the Free plan. It turns out that I had signed up under a different email. I reached out to support in particular Gabriela and I received a response back within minutes. I have dealt with a lot of companies and they would give the too bad but not this one. My credit card was refunded within minutes. That is a reputable company and down the road if I am looking for a tool like this I would definitely use them. As a customer my experience was a 10/10.

Let's Enhance is fabulous to use! It saved an out-of focus photo while keeping it still look really natural. It was a life-saver! The interface is really easy to use, customer service with Gabriela was wonderful when I made a mistake in my account and their options to keep it affordable for both small and large users is terrific. I'm so glad I found it!

I wanted simple and easy photo enhancing, which worked okay on my phone, and professionally taken photos with 'balanced' and very low settings (20-30%) for some photos.

'AI magic' -generated images were pretty terrible and distorted my face even when the AI strength was at 33% and the similarity at 100%.

It was badly priced for batches, but I got back the 20 credits I used for 'AI magic' after asking customer service, which was a positive remark.

The program gave me fantastic results for a book I am writing with lots of photos that needed a higher dpi. So easy to work with. Gabriella and customer service were VERY professional, responsive and helpful. I will definitely continue to use them and more importantly RECOMMEND them to anyone and everyone. Thanks again!

The program is easy to use and really did enhance the iPhone photos that I wanted to enlarge and frame. Thumbs up!
