Very happy with the service. I had a glitch issue with an image not downloading and it was resolved very quickly. Gabriela in particular is very knowledgable, helpful, and friendly. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I have tried many AI enhancement services and each one transfers credit to the next month even if you subscription ends - you get to keep it. With Let's Enhance you lose everything. They don't tell you that though before you subscribe. They are one of the most expensive services yet the most unreliable and scummy. Also, it is not precisely monthly, you'll be charged two days in advance, not to mention there is NO EMAIL you'll receive of payment attempt so when you log in to your account, you get a nice surprise of losing all your credits and failed payment attempt which is not even acknowledged by your bank. You don't know what they are doing basically. Very weird business. Stay away and choose more reliable ones.

Beware! they are scammers! I paid, uploaded hundreds of my images and couldn't download them after the process... when I contact their support they deleted my account!!!!!

They charged an annual fee but I didn't receive the credits. And there is no help. I will sue them.

The company should not exist at all. They are completely unfamiliar with customer care - no possibility of contact, no answer, no ability to issue invoices, no pro-client attitude, plus a free trial will take your money from your account. Now they don't even write back to pay the money back. Scandal. I sincerely advise against any business with this company.

NO customer service, NONE! Product good. I did monthly package. Could not upload enhanced photos back to my computer's "photo book" program. I tried to get help for 4 months. Their customer service phone # rings busy for 4 months & their e-mail does not reply.
It's a shame that company has no customer service ... if it did ... it would be a good company ... but it is LOUSY

I'm a writer and historian.

Last Friday, I was happily surprised when two journals arrived in the mail -- each containing one of my articles, on completely different topics: One was published by the Australian Naval Review (the cover story) and the other by The Bulletin for the History of Chemistry.

Both of my articles contain historical photographs and/or drawings. However, since most of the photos I find on the web, or even those sent to me, are of low resolution, I use Let's Enhance to increase their file size so they will be approved by the editors. Otherwise, my articles would have to go without, which would decrease their value.

Really great for a lot of applications, cut down on render times or upscale older compressed images to enhance their detail. Far better result than all the other alternatives I have tried.
