Very good, everything worked well!

Made a mistake with the date of my booking and redid it. I didn't think the first one had gone through but it was charged to my credit card. Emailed Let's Ferry Customer Service and they reversed the charge immediately. I'm very impressed and booking the rest of my ferry travel in the Greek Islands with them. More carefully of course

This website has taken my payment on 4 occasions and never booked my tickets.
The retailer never confirmed the issue and told us to rebook again. It is only when we booked the 4th time they actually confirmed that the tickets were not available and that we should just try another time.
They never confirmed which ones were available and now we have had 4 payments taken all returned at a different exchange rate meaning we actually lost money for absolutely nothing.

The call centre was really unhelpful as well and didn’t support us in anyway to get this resolved or rebooked other than telling us to email or try again.

Absolutely awful.
Pay the extra and go elsewhere.

Were very easy to work with! All was done online in very little time and effort. Paid an optional fee to have tickets sent to me and actually arrived in less than 10 days( this was time it could have taken)

Seemed to be a simple and straightforward with good prices, until I wanted to pay. After numerous attempts and authorizations, it would come up with reservation error. Eventually I went to another booking site, but 24 hours later they still have my money for not just one transaction but two! Numerous attempts to contact them have gone unanswered. Not impressed. Now I can't use my credit card....

web site easy to use. Easy to reserve. Just one thing... it would be nice if you would allow for a reservation change. I entered my name twice in the passenger names instead of my wife's name for the second passenger. I could not change it. But good customer service cancelled my reservation so I could book again with the right names. All in all good service.

The experience on the ferry was fabulous. However I had a tough time getting on the ferry in the first place. In spite of purchasing the ticket well in advance me and my family were stranded in front of the ferry as the tickets were not updated on their system. It was at the last minute that the security in charge had some mercy and allowed me on the basis of the print out I carried with me. It was really ridiculous and embarrassing.

The online booking of my tickets on Rafina - Tinos route was very easy through "Let's ferry" and collecting them from their port office agent took me less than a minute. I hope the same would happen on a high season trip.

me and my wife have a very good experience, easy to buy the tickets online, easy to get the tickets on the harbors, the accomodations were perfect, the restaurant inside have good prices and good food, the agency crew are very kind and polite.

Acceptable platform to buy ferry tickets. However, they do not explain how to get the tickets. Actually, it would be better if you can use your mobile with an online ticket instead of a printed ticket.
