Hard to find such good customer service today
Items delivered rapidly and were in very good condition. I was contacted by owner of site prior to dispatch that one if the items I had ordered was not in the condition described and was automatically given a full refund for the item which was then sent to me for free.

Owner going above and beyond to make sure items are packed carefully and makes sure items arrived at its destination i.e Owner can check if parcel has returned to Post Office depot if you were not home to receive items.Owner then notifies you about where your items are.

This company sent goods as requested,on time and in good packaging.
The nature of the goods meant that they where picked in a random fashion which I accept.
If I want specific books I would have to request them.
I would buy from them again and intend to keep checking their website.
