I think the process was very of moving out was very well organised and very good everything was explained and what needed to be done was on confirmation list at the end and if I had any questions they were awserd.
Also the agent was very friendly and polite.

Let’s go let are different from any other letting agents, they are really professional, helpful, get back to you quickly and also really helpful with my situation. They also take on people with animals for certain properties, which other letting agents I was finding not many houses would accept animals and the ones that came up got snapped up really quickly.

I was recommended Toni and the team through a work colleague and have been pleased with the advice, response times, level of detail, friendliness and approachability provided to date.

When I approached Lets Go Let, we had some tenants interested in renting our property and I required some assistance completing the relevant back ground checks etc.

I was absolutely adamant that we would manage the property ourselves but after speaking to Toni, I soon realised that this is her specialty and to leave it to the experts. Toni has an extremely professional approach to both tenant and landlord communication, preventing unnecessary contact from the tenants on minor issues that can be over come with a conversation (which she does best)

We are looking to grow our property portfolio and now believe we have the correct team on our side to enable us to do this in a systemised manner.

Toni at Lets Go Let has been amazing. I rented my house through her a year ago and she has been on top of everything I needed. From advice before letting, checking the people who have moved in and arranged contactors to fix anything that has popped up during the last year (fence came down in wind).
Any legal obligations (gas safety etc) have been arranged by Toni and her team and the bill emailed to me.
I work full time and wouldn't have been able to organise things as quickly or as well as Toni has.
Any questions I've had, she's answered even out of office hours. I don't think I could have done this without her. From a first time landlord, I can't recommend her and the team enough.
