Received well packed healthy plant. Nice .to receive a free gift, be nice if all suppliers did this as a thank you gesture, Will probably stick with this company for most of my plant purchases, Well done lets go planting.

Arrived promptly and very well packaged and labelled. The plants I ordered were big, healthy and the best looking plants I have received for a long time. If I can find space in the garden I will be ordering more from this company

Bought Buddleja globosa last year.
Planted after a month or so started to wilt contacted Ian
told him I would wait to see if recovered waited till this spring no growth contacted Ian again he said he would send a replacement to my delight replacement arrived
at least 6 times the size of original plant Thankyou Ian

I ordered my plant on a Saturday and it arrived on Wednesday!it was a very good specimen with branches equally spaced, very good condition and brilliantly packed for postage.
I would certainly use them again.

Ian was very helpful and promptly responded to a query I made prior to purchase regarding delivery. He arranged for my order to get delivered super quickly. Plants in good condition, plus a bonus little plant was gifted. Much appreciated, thanks Ian.

Can't give high enough praise. Quality of plants is superb, delivery swift, packing as it should be - and customer service second to none. Sadly, just learned Letsgoplanting is closing down. Please place an order before it's too late.

We received a shrub after ordering but we were initially unhappy with it. We telephoned the firm and spoke to Ian Phillips who responded immediately by offering a replacement and gave us advice to change the shrub to a slightly different variety. Today, four days later, we received the new shrub in excellent condition.

A wonderful company! After a terrible experience with another online plant shop (stupidly I had not checked Trustpilot first) it was balm to the soul to talk on the phone to a lovely man, the very best, who listened carefully, was obviously a plantsman to his fingertips, which are probably green, and conclude a transaction with him which restored my faith in humanity. He wisely avoided a Friday despatch, with its risks of a boxed plant hanging around in a shed somewhere, and once sent, my lovely Spiraea ‘Pink Ice’ arrived very speedily and was impeccably packed - it would have withstood a nuclear bomb. It is a stunner and I planted it with the care it deserved that same afternoon. It now graces our garden with its shapely beauty. Thank you so much, all of you at Let’s Go Planting, you are amazing.

What a great company for customer service,i had a issue with a plant i had ordered and they have sent me a replacement i can not fault them at all,a very good helpful company and i will definately be using them again excellant.

Just received my second delivery from Letsgoplanting and the quality is as superb as the first. Full size plants in pots of excellent quality, expertly packed and with one delivery charge. Delivery was very quick, and the free plant was of good quality and very welcome. The newsletter by email is very helpful too. As I need more plants for my new garden, I will definitely put in another order soon.
