I used LMC 5 years ago to sell my mothers house after she had passed away Adele and Janet were brilliant and I gave them a good review at the time. However 5 years on I have had to so back to Adele for some further information, she has again been easy to contact, responded straight away and dealt efficiently in a friendly manner with my query and got everything I needed to me within a day of me requesting it. I would not hesitate to use YMC again.

A truly first class service. Every step fully explained on time and carried out professionally Rebecca did an excellent job.

Overall the service was very good, the only criticism was receiving a form which was completely blank from the sellers solicitor . I would expected it to have been checked before being sent on to the vendor.Apart from this the service was smooth and good.

Emma, Fiona and Deb were great through the whole process and most importantly we were always able to get hold of someone when needed. My only minor disappointment was that they do not handle leasehold properties - it would have saved me time to have one point of contact for the partially related sale.
