Great team, Helped me move out last minute.

The leader treat me as a servant, because I was cleaning the floor, he said I should be downstairs helping them. Most of the team had a bad attitude, even shouting at me. I paid £2000 for this. One especially has rubbish manners. Twice I found him just standing in my bathroom doing nothing while the others were working, when he saw me, got very nervous to explain why he was there without me asking, I said which toilet they can use, but this guy with blue shirt and dark hair used my bathroom at least twice, even though I directly told him don’t use it, I saw him in my bathroom again after. Another thing is, I said to them to move some furniture away to fit incoming furniture, the guy with grey hair was annoyed, didn’t want to move them. I had to be very nice to get him to do it. That’s ridiculous, if they didn’t move some furniture, the new furniture couldn’t fit in the room. I will not recommend this company.

Irek and his team at Lets Move London were an absolute joy to work when my husband and I moved house recently. Starting with the financial cost, the quote we received was easily the most affordable and reasonable outcome of the companies I had been considering. They delivered plenty of packing material a week ahead of our move at my request and deducted the cost of what we didn't use from the total bill. When I had to change our scheduled move time a few days before the event, Irek presented several options that were reasonable and fair. The day of our move, the team arrived promptly and worked quickly to disassemble,load up, deliver, and reassemble our belongings. They were incredibly friendly and careful with everything, ultimately making our move as seamless as possible. I would certainly recommend Lets Move to anyone looking to move home.

Irek and his team are brilliant. We've used them for three consecutive property moves now. The team are incredibly fast, thorough, careful and sensitive throughout the whole moving process. A great experience from start to finish - would definitely recommend Let's Move London. Amy x

Irek and his team were absolutely brilliant & I can only highly recommend them. Irek came to survey the work in advance & provided a detailed & reasonable quote to both pack & move my one bedroom flat. He was very flexible when I had some last minute complications with my sale, meaning a delayed move date. The team worked so hard to get everything done, packing all of my belongings carefully and wrapping in bubble wrap or paper. They kindly put everything in the new flat wherever I requested & ensured all furniture was back to working order post move. Thank you both!
