I ordered 3 dresses from Letspants. They are made a little cheaply, but 1 of the 3 dresses I am keeping. The other 2 did not fit well, and so I reached out to the company for the return address (which is not listed on the website, nor is there a process outlined on how to return the items). In my back and forth with the company through email, they have asked for pictures of the dresses, if I checked the sizing chart before I ordered, why I want to return them, and finally, that the shipping charge to return them is very high so I might as well keep them or give them to a friend....so the bottom line is, they don't have a return policy at all.

Fake clothes! I wish I'd checked this site first. The 3 trousers i ordered arrived after 5 weeks and were embarrassingly bad. Cheap fabric, badly made. I've requested a refund, and if they don't respond I'm going through PayPal as a dispute.

Terrible service waiting 3 .months for my package it's still in China can't get a refund. DON'T BUY FROM THEM!!!

I bought 3 pairs of pants. When they arrived they looked NOTHING like the pictures. Not even close. The colors were off, the patterns weren't there, and the cuts were terrible. Not response from customer service. I'm going to have to eat the $75 I paid and never buy from a facebook ad again.

Read bad reviews I got in touch with them. They soon replied and assure me order have been shipped. Order received in some weeks without problems. Quality Is really good for something. Just One pants are not same as picture. Anyway people are really pleasant and helpfull.

NOT COOL PEOPLE, SAYING HER clothing is really GREAT WHEN YOU NO IT ISN'T . WORK HARD FOR MY MONEY SO WHEN I GO TO BUY SOMETHING AND IT COMES AND IT'S BAD CAN'T GET MONEY BACK HUGE PROBLEM. COME ON this is so bad guys.

I also would give zero stars. Awful scam, the trousers I bought were nothing like the picture, cheap, awful material and the design in white not gold as pictured. Took ages to come. Just awful, waste of money. Stay away.

Ordered 3 items that looked great in the pictures. Was excited to receive them. When I opened my package it was hard to identify them as the items I had ordered. The material was terrible, the cut was terrible, the colours were different from what was advertised. They looked NOTHING LIKE the pictures. I wrote to them immediately to return the items, asking for their return address and saying I wanted a full refund because the items were 'not as pictured'. I received a confused reply saying I could 'ask any questions' and were the items 'too big or too small'. No instructions on how to return them. I am so annoyed with myself that I've paid these people good money for items of such shocking quality that I would never have bought if I had seen what they were really like. Do not order from this company! Awful.

Update: I was told it would be better for me to keep these items by the company's customer service. I have insisted on a refund & return. Still no return address, going to have to say goodbye to my money and give the awful clothes to a clothes bank. Avoid at all costs!

I ordered leggings, hoodie and bracelet before I read the reviews and after I read them thought I wouldn't receive anything or it would be awful. I emailed the company, not expecting a reply, but they did and said that I would receive my items although there would be a delay due to covid. Well my items arrived today and I love them. Everything i ordered and the leggings are perfect 👌 sad that a lot of customers aren't being treated well but I can't fault my items

If I could leave zero stars I would. Currently refusing to refund me. Thankfully I paid through PayPal. They refuse to respond to the case and try to blackmail you by telling you if you close the case as resolved they will refund you. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

I really don't even want to give this site a 1 star, it's a scam please don't order off here. I ordered items that have not arrived 2 months later. Being refunded because luckily I paid with PayPal.

Ordered three items totaling $71.97 from lets pants.com. All made of cheap flimsy material, didn’t even have real hemlines, collars were cut all crooked with scissors. The phone number to the support is too many digits and cannot completed as dialed! They don’t respond to the email address given support @lets plants.com. Returned the items at my expense to the address on the package PO Box 6368, Rosemead, CA 91770 Which looks like it’s just some random address belonging to someone that gets a lot of peoples packages for no reason. I’m going to try and follow up with the Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau if this company does not respond. I’ve never seen such a scam, especially one that was advertised through Facebook! How can our country allow a Hong Kong business to do this!?! We need to do something to stop this business and get people their money back. I wish I would have read the reviews on this company first but I stupidly trusted Facebook for advertising for them.

Typical Chinese scammers with a warehouse in the UK. My trousers came from London, they are horrid, NOTHING LIKE the pics on their website, so I tried to send them back for a refund. They are not having it, typical Chinese attitude, discouraging people to their rights. I am going to report them to trading standards, and you should too.

I ordered a dress,boots,pants, and hoodie. All well made, very beautiful, fit well. I just ordered two more things a skirt and pants. It did take about a month to get here but well worth the wait.

Well l wish I’d seen all these reviews before buying, I bought a dress that looked beautiful on their site, but as I see described on here, time after time, was awful, cheap material that I’d hesitate to send to a charity shop. Really disappointed and a total waste of money.

They billed my creit card even though I did not complete the order transaction! (I read these reviews) I had to cancel my card and get a new one.

Proper rubbish I learned a lesson. Do not order from them. It does even look anything like the pictures.

Be suspicious of a lot of these online stores - they are Chinese and take two months to get to you and when you receive the item it is the poorest quality material, hems are left unfinished etc. When you try to return the item it costs at least 20$ or more to send one flimsy small dress back to China so they offer you a 5-10% discount and tell you to keep the crappy dress (which for me was a lousy 6$) after repeated emails back and forth to the company. Never again.

If I could give a 0 star rating I would. I purchased two pairs of pants. It took 2 months to arrive and when they did I was highly unsatisfied. The material was cheap and scratchy. The pants were see through and didn’t fit. I wear a women’s 8 pants and bought a medium. The waist fit ok but they were 3inches too short. When I tried to return them the company would not give me the return address. They tried to convince me to keep the pants. Then they said that they would give me the return address but I had to pay for the return shipping to Asia. I fought for months with them trying to get my money back. Each time emailing with a different person I had to explain my situation again and each time they tried to convince me to keep the pants. Overall this is a scam. Don’t buy from them. The material is cheep the cut of the patterns are cheep and the customer service sucks.
