Used these taxis twice recently, once to airport and once from airport. Both times service was excellent. First one arrived on time and second one which l booked at the airport arrived within 10 minutes. Both drivers very polite and friendly. First class service, thank you.

Books this Taxic firm with all information to pick me up they gave me a quote about £18 when I check my final bill it was £24. I emailed this company for an explanation. He never arrived. This company is a joke.

Drivers always arrive on time and they are professional and polite.

First time in using letsride. Easy to arrange on the app. Received a phone call to confirm the evening before. The driver was on time 3am in the morning. Polite and drove safely . Would recommend and will definitely use again.

Pre booked a taxi for birmingham airport. For both drop off and return pick up. The driver that picked us up from was on time he was really nice and helpful. His taxi was spotlessly clean, and was a pleasure to be with. The return pick up was brilliant. We had a 2 hour delay. I WhatsApp letsride from Bulgaria to let them know. When we landed I phoned the driver to let him know we leaving the baggage area. He turned up bang on time. And again it was a pleasure to be with. Again his taxi was spotless. And he was very helpful. Keep up the great work.

Had an issue. Initially wasn't happy but let's ride reached out us and made good. They didn't have to but they wanted to rectify the situation and they did. Thank you for looking after your customers. We will continue to use you based on this experience. Thank you!

Great taxi service!

Trains to Stratford on Avon were cancelled and several passengers - including my son and I - were stranded at Whitlock End railway station last Thurs evening. The promised Relief Bus didn't show up because in fact it hadn't actually been laid on.

We were given the LetsRide contact details and they turned out to be excellent. Their communication and arrival updates were spot on and the driver was most helpful. Many thanks.
