I’ve been using Lets Safe for several years now and have found them incredibly efficient, referencing is normally complete in around three day. Recently it was taking longer as my prospective tenant’s future employer wasn’t responding and my account manager Solomon was extremely helpful in liaising with myself, the tenant and the company and keeping me informed on the progress, calling to let me know when it was completed as he knew it was time sensitive. Incredibly impressed with the level of service!

I was surprised at the level of persistence the company provided in contacting the tenant to get all documents required for the Tenant Reference.
I was constantly updated, and the user desktop is super professional. My Accounts Manager Mr Soloman Andrews was a pleasure to talk with, and completed the referencing in efficient time, despite having to wait for the tenant to supply the required documents. I had do nothing but just wait. Very stress free. Totally Recommended. 100% Thank you.
