Doesn’t work - neither the device nor the customer service
I have bought a OBD GPS tracker for my car from Amazon. Having gone through the difficult process of activating the device now I am made to struggle again for over a week to get the device working. I was promised a technician’s visit on 18th Oct 2025 but no one turned up or called. The call centre is absolutely a disaster. They don’t connect to an agent and neither attend to the assured call back!
Would strongly advise people to avoid this product till someone responsible takes a corrective steps to improve.

My vehicle is offline since last 90 days. Despite repeated e-mails and telephone calls, a complaint was registered on 27.03.2025 (Complaint No. LTC0128914). I have been calling up the customer care number everyday and am told that it would be attended within 24 hours. However, till date no one has bothered to call back or fix the issue.

When I received this device, I contacted your customer care daily for six days. After that, the IMEI was activated. However, when I took the device for installation again, no one responded. Your agent on call said that fixing the device secretly is not possible. I want to return the device and get my money back, please.

Trying to reach the team since so long but never gets connected, dropped mail several times but no response , also even if i am using the app there is no such option to download my fitment certificate from the app i will have to get it from support and support does not respond.

No one has pick up my phone no one has responded to the email I have wasted my money on your product. On top of that your asking about review. That's not really right. Your app is asking me to pay more money for blue tooth tag separation alertand no one is able to resolve that. Why will Bluetooth ask for subscription.

Unprofessional Support Team.
I sent mail to the support team for activation of the GPS and also requested a madam through Whatsapp. But nobody paid attention to my request. Still the GPS remains inactive. Thinking of returning the device to the company. Very hopeless support team I have ever seen.
