went to have a go was going to have a go on the free competition and I was going to buy some tickets for a competition I liked but my account has been restricted so obviously didn't like my last review so you block people from joining your Facebook group and also restrict accounts when you don't like the reviews I have asked for my account to be closed now I'm not going to bother any more alot better sites I'm joined with who arent so ridiculous

Joined let's win tonight just for a laugh and won £1130 first time playing on one of the £0.15p games on there.

Would love to use the site more but feel as if I’ve missed out on opportunities due to lack of communication… unanswered emails and messages. One stretching back to June!

Only message received was one saying they’d get back to me… that was a week ago.

Hoping to have better experiences with this site in the future as the competitions are good and seem very genuine from what I’ve seen on Facebook.

I started playing about a week ago while in hospital and I have won 4 really brilliant prizes so far.

Not won anything, spent around £50 but I guess it’s luck of the draw. Only ever won like 15p and 50p on the instant wins (guaranteed prize every time)

Easy to use, no complications.

Warning. I won a meat hamper over a week ago, they phoned me and confirmed that they were sending it to me and told me the address and I made sure to say that it's the 'basement flat' of the address and the caller confirmed.

It was meant to be delivered on the Monday but didn't turn up. I messaged them and Lets win showed me the tracking number and address and that they'd been a delay. I pointed out that the address didn't mention 'basement flat' and they said 'it does state that on the full order page'. I have screen shots to prove this.

I then waited another day and it still wasn't delivered, I messaged them again and I got a terse phone call saying that they'd been a problem with delivery and they could only see the delivery progress with the tracking number they'd given me. I checked the tracking number and it said it'd been delivered the day before! My flat mate went up to water the neighbour's plants as they're on holiday, and said the package was hidden in the neighbour's doorway and had been in the hot sun since the day before. So it hadn't been delivered to the 'basement flat'!

I opened the package and the meat smelt terrible so I binned it as it had spoiled in the sun. I told them about it and sent them photos and they said they were onto the delivery people. I then noticed the address on the box of meat didn't mention the basement flat so it wasn't the delivery people's fault it was whoever put the address on the box!

I messaged Lets win a few times since last week and they just ignored my messages so I messaged on their public facebook page to try and get a response. I then get a phone call saying that it was sent to the right address and again I said it didn't have 'basement flat' on the package which is where I live in the block. They insisted that it was the right address, even though it wasn't the 'basement flat', and then said they'd ban me from the site.

I didn't want to write this because I think it's down to the lies from the employee who kept saying that 'basement flat' was on the address when it wasn't. I can prove this with screen shots from the messages I received. So if the Let's Win get that employee to apologise for lying to me about 'basement flat' being written on the address when it wasn't then I'll take this review down! I don't like being lied to!!!

I've just seen that they're making an excuse that the address on the account didn't show basement flat and that they can't change things once sent. If they'd said that in the first place then fine but they kept saying 'basement flat' was on the address!

Regardless of that, I checked with the caller and they said that it said 'basement flat' on the address which was a lie. If they said they didn't see 'basement flat' on the address then I would have known to check the upstairs flat and all of this could have been avoided. Don't lie about what the address says and tell the truth and then maybe things like this won't happen.

The attitude of the caller was terrible and I did swear 'once', nothing they haven't heard before I'm sure, because they kept lying to me about it being the correct address even though I stated a number of times it had to be the basement address!

Wow I love this site affordable prices with great prizes would recommend them to anyone!
