I've used Letterfest several times. I've always had great service. They produce beautiful gifts for special people for special occasions.

Ordered a engraved stone for my friend who had to put her dog to sleep on Monday. Paid £5.00 for gift bag. Item came quickly enough, however it was only in a padded envelope!! The stone itself it not worth the £39 I paid. Can hardly see. The lettering. Contacted Letterfest. No offer to replace or fix problem. So byuer beware..read reviews before purchase if you don't want to be disappointed.

We recently used Letterfest to order a serious of bespoke prints - the speed and ease of service from the entire team but Trina especially has been top notch - couldn't recommend highly enough! Thank you

First of all I thought the concept was really good.
The product arrived on time with really good packaging.
The product itself was excellent a made a beautiful birthday present for my wife

I ordered a stone for my friend whose dog died as I was given a beautiful one when my dog died . When the stone arrived it was no where near as good as the one I had been given . I could hardly see the engraving . I spoke to the company who just wiped their hands of me.
I would suggest anyone wishing to buy one of these stones to go to the company my friend used called
NOT ON THE HIGH STREET because it was 100% better than the one from Letterfest

I ordered last Wednesday and paid for express delivery, having checked the product page which said it would be delivered on Friday 14 February, in time for Valentine’s Day. Now it’s Monday 17 February and my product still hasn’t been given to Royal Mail by Letterfest. I’ve written to customer services and received no reply. There seems to be no phone line for customer services. I think this is a sham company. If I don’t receive my item in the next 2 days I am going to get my credit card company to reject this transaction.

I recommend this company for anyone looking for a special gift for anyone in their family. Very professional in responding to any inquiry concerning your order. Detail oriented, trustworthy, and attentive.

The final picture of our children’s 3 dogs is wonderful and way beyond my expectations. My wife adores the dogs and it was a surprise 70th birthday present for her. She shed a few tears on opening the parcel and the picture now hangs in our hallway gaining maximum exposure to all our visitors. I don’t know how you do it Letterfest but I’m so grateful for your talent.

Bought one of the personalised pebbles as a memorial stone for our sadly departed cat. A nice size and well engraved. Delivery was quick and well packed. Recommended

We were struggling to find a pot for a memorial rose after the passing of my father in law. I contacted Letterfest and they couldn't do enough to accommodate us. Marie got the idea of what we were after and custom made the pot for us......fantastic.

First of all the product was excellent and I am sure my wife will love it when I present it to her. Secondly, the service was exceptional. I ordered the pot for my wife's birthday and it arrived 3 days later. Unfortunately, it arrived broken. I emailed Letterfest and within 12 hours I received a very apologetic reply, with the promise that a new one would despatched immediately. Well, the new one arrived within 4 days and still in time for my wife's birthday.
I would definitely recommend this company.

As per other reviews, I can confirm that these are not hand drawn artworks. They are most certainly scanned into photoshop and a filter applied. I feel disappointed in myself that I went through with my order as I wanted to give it as a gift.....but no chance of that after seeing it.

PS. Please don't patronise me by replying to me that it was hand drawn when it is so obviously not.

Edit: After Letterfest's reply on here asking me to email them so that they could "look into it further", I did email them with my details. I received one email response which basically said "we assure you it was hand drawn" but nothing more. I have replied to this, asking for a refund and I would post the item back to them and guess what......radio silence ever since! What a surprise.

I had an excellent experience with this company. I ordered a Daddy & me line portrait as a gift, I quickly received a proof. I requested a couple of changes and received a prompt response and a new proof. When my package arrived the glass was shattered. I emailed the company and received a response back from Lily within 20 minutes apologizing and assuring me they would replace my order. I was honestly shocked (and so appreciative) at how quickly I received a response and how easy it was to get the replacement. Incredible customer service. My replacement order just arrived in perfect condition and I know this will br a treasured gift.

I ordered a framed illustration as a christening gift and it was great. A really personal present, produced to a really high quality. Highly recommend.

I never write reviews but I felt the need to let others know what a brilliant service Letterfest offer. Very friendly team with exceptional customer service. Very responsive. The turnaround time for my order surpassed my expectations. Highly recommend. I know I will definitely be ordering from Letterfest again.

We were.searching for a 70th Birthday present for a member of our family who happens to enjoy sailing in his boat and saw letterfest pictures that can have a picture of his boat made into a watercolour, framed and personalised, posted direct to him.
The picture had another boat moored behind, and a person on that second boat removed.
There is an option to make notes to do this.
We could choose a frame and size.
The recipient was really overjoyed with it and it now has pride of place on their wall.
It was a brilliant 1st purchase from letter fest, but not the last.
Definitely recommend to anyone wishing to find that special gift.

Still waiting to resolve an order from way before Xmas, communication is just all over the place, proofs apparently sent to you but no idea where, certainly not in email. Each time I chase for an update I’m sent a link with proofs from days/weeks before that I’ve never seen and I’ve asked specifically to send proofs on email as no idea where else they are being sent to. Seriously consider other businesses as this is painful to get what you ordered, on the artwork side I have eventually received a satisfactory proof but it’s taken over a month, and had to be done by a senior artist so things that weren’t even on the original image could be removed! Will make a lovely Christmas present at the end of January!!

Really happy with the service! I unfortunately got sent the wrong item they resent it and it was incorrect again they were so apologetic and resent very fast which was then the correct item and was perfect!
