Very well laid out and easy to use
The site is extremely well laid out and a joy to use for referencing management.
The only downside is that it is merely a vehicle and there is not an option for the referencing to be done on your behalf (although it doesn't claim to do this). This can be a pain when there are more complex cases exist, such as no email address being supplied meaning phonecalls/faxes are needed. There are rival site that will do all this for only an extra few pounds.
