Also had money stolen for an End of Tenancy clean. The phone number provided in the email is not real. The website was only registered in July, which suggests this was a pop-up scam hoping to capitalize on university leavers. I urge all those who have fallen for this to contact Action Fraud or the police to build up a case against this fraudster. If the price seems too good to be true, it is. No doubt they'll be popping up under a new name in due time.

Agreed and paid for a full end of tenancy clean. No cleaners showed and unable to contact anyone.

Agree with the previous poster. Luckily we clocked that this business was sketchy before transferring any money. There is no evidence of this business existing beyond the website (e.g. reviews, LinkedIn accounts, business registration, offices addresses refer to co-working offices). Never heard from them again after questioning paying prior to receiving the service and the use of bank transfers rather than card payment which would provide a degree of consumer protection.

This is a scam. Paid £165 for an end-of-tenancy cleaning service to confirm my booking and never heard back. They have been reported.
