It has been three weeks already, and I still don’t even know whether my order has been shipped or not. They haven’t even bothered to provide a tracking number so that I can follow my shipment. I really hope I haven’t been scammed, but this has been a terrible shopping experience.
In February 2025 I ordered 750eur worth of material. I cancelled the order before it was shipped but after payment.
To this day (December 2025) I haven't seen not material, not refund.
After cca 15 emails I have received nothing.

My experience was quite good. As other reviews mentioned, the delivery was slow, it took them 10 days to dispatch the package. However the good price compensates that. Items were well packed.
