I took a lie detector test on January 23rd, and unfortunately it is now 23rd March and I still have not received my results. Before the test, I was required to pay in advance, but I did not receive any receipt or confirmation of payment. I paid over 300 euros for the service.
During the appointment, I was told that I would receive the results within one week, unless I paid an extra 100 euros for faster processing. I decided not to pay the additional fee, and I was assured that I would still get my results after a week. However, that never happened.
Since then, I have sent multiple messages asking for my results, and I have received no response at all. Both my boyfriend and I tried to contact him several times, but we are being completely ignored.
This situation has caused me a lot of stress and wasted a lot of money. In my opinion, this service is very unprofessional and unreliable. I strongly do not recommend using this service, because you may end up paying a lot of money and receiving nothing in return.

Personally i have very bad experiences. I book appointment prepared all questions as required make the pre payment. On a day of the test before we started i find out that my partner call this guy maybe week a go. Ofcourse i didn't want to make a test with company that my partner has contact previously and discussed possible questions that's why I make this choice on my own. However when we come in he start asking this guy to make sure if he is the one he called before to make appointment also make sure he check his phone because he supposed to have his nr saved in the contacts which has been confirmed ofcourse. I didn't want to be suspicious about that so we went through with the procedure. I have to pay the rest before he even started. ( if you decide to make this test you see how fast he wants you to pay make appointment etc arguments are good still not much time to think clearly in already stressful situation) after payment he start preparing for the test. At first he start asking questions about my questions which has been send week ago and read them out loud in front of my partner before the test even started which I find out weird. He was totally unprepared looks like he read those questions for the first time. Than he checked my partner blood pressure and said it is very high 200. He was very friendly in general also advise to go doctor because this blood pressure can be very dangerous anyway this didn't stop him from continuing the test. During the test some connections issues appears from what i understood some type of errors the polygraph test stops couple times. To be honest I have no idea what happened because I do not have any experiences with this program and machine. He start many times all over from my understanding. On the end he apologized for the inconvenience and offer to provide results immediately because he see it is kind heavy for my parent etc. Normally we should wait 10 days for results or pay additional money. The results are that my partner said true all the time he try to show something on the laptop which non of us understand but if he say all is fine you happy and don't think much of checking all, you trust it. Before we leave i ask if he will send me the results official so I can have a look on it while we are all calm , is what he claim to provide for the 400 euro we spent anyway. Now couple of weeks later I still didn't receive official results. He does not read my messages not responding on the messages or calls. One time I catch him on the phon, he make excuses to be very busy and send it today around 18.00. Guess what still no test results and answers on my messages. Very professional !! It makes me doubt everything about the professionalism and the test in general. Some of you may think he had some deal with my partner which i can't prove or say, is not why im so disappointed. I just want official results because I pay for it. If you spend on something so much money you have some expectations not being blown away without response.
