Leva is a fantastic service. I am so grateful to have found it and to use the medicine i have been provided. It is helping me on my journey to better health. I have severe endometriosis and PTSD and it is helping me enormously. Ive stopped taking opiod painkillers and i feel hopeful for my future in a new way.
The staff and Dr at leva have been great and its a very discreet and convenient service.

The one star is for the admin and patient care team, they couldn’t of been any more compassionate and caring during my transfer to their clinic but that’s where they good times ended. I had an appointment with a dr bhaskar, I found him really rude, obnoxious, controlling, didn’t listen, talked over me and just made me feel like rubbish. He spoke down to me like I didn’t know what I was talking about. Egotistical comes to mind. Twice I tried to end the appointment by saying I think we are wasting each other’s time, twice he ignored me and tried to continue the appointment. Last straw for me was him telling me how much I should spend, and giving me a list that I could choose from, I felt I was being guided towards buying a big amount of two strains, certain strains and him telling me how much I should be spending in the medical industry this usually equates to the dr getting commission on those sales, might be wrong but that’s how I was made to feel. The appointment ended when I firmly said I wanted it to stop and my time is being wasted here. Dr Bhaskar in reply told me that in fact I am wasting his time. Being autistic and having a chronic illness you can only imagine the meltdown that came from this.

I was incredibly impressed by the consultant I saw. They quickly grasped my specific & complex needs around pain, mental health and functionality. I have an academic & clinical background in psychology and neuroscience, as well as a complex pain disorder and mental illness for well over 20 years, so I’ve encountered many clinicians and specialists in a personal and professional capacity and I was really impressed with my experience at Leva.
When I initially presented due to some specifics of my case, it became clear the Doctor & Leva absolutely put my personal welfare 100% ahead of their personal gain, I had to delay starting treatment because of an unrelated underlying issue they diagnosed, which needed prompt attention. That alone was so important.
Then it was well over a year until I could attend again. Leva welcomed me back supportively at no extra cost, the same Doctor remembered me! I always find medical appointments seem to be over before they begin, but I felt that Doctor really’ ‘got me’, cared and was of a really high clinical calibre. Also the administration team were exceptionally kind & generous to me.
Everyone’s experience is particular to themselves, but from my experience I can’t recommend Leva enough.
Cannabis medicine in the UK is still in its infancy (this especially obvious to those with a significant interest or experience in cannabis), and it’s got some ways to go, but from a medical & personal perspective, I found the Leva Clinic to be brilliant.

I want to say how wonderful the consultation was and the Doctor was fully aware and listened intently to all my concerns. I felt totally understood for the first time in my life dealing with chronic pain. The Doctor devised a plan on how she is going to deal with my pain and what would be an available to me. She reassured me at every point that she would be there for me and that I would not suffer at any point. I can only shout the highest praises for the Leva Clinic in general and look forward to a pain free existence.

I am so glad I did, Amelia (first point of contact) could not have been more kind, reassuring and helpful. Every question was answered with care and consideration. The follow up call before my appointment put my mind at ease and let me relax before speaking with the Dr. Today I spoke with the doctor, he took the time to help me understand and feel listened to. This has been a very positive experience for me, I really hope the medication helps and I was reassured that we can have a chat in months time to discuss. For the first time in years I feel like I'm moving forward. Thank you Leva team.

I thought I would do an updated review as time has passed since my first one, and things have changed in some areas so my old review isn't correct now.
I do love the clinic and have been with them from the very start.
Highly recommend them, although there are some issues. One is pretty major.
Firstly, when you need your quarterly appointment, you may have no luck getting a spot before your medication runs out!
They send you an email a few weeks before your quarterly review is due and you have to ask for a payment link, then pay, then book with your Dr.
The issue is that the doctors are rarely there for quarterly appointments!
My doctor works twice a month, and the appointments aren't spaced out.
He works 2 weeks, once each week, then nothing for a month!
You need a quarterly appointment to get medication, but can't get an appointment as the doctor is never there!
I came off opioids for this natural painkiller for extreme bedbound chronic pain, so even a day without my painkiller means extreme pain and being bedbound again SCREAMING in agony.
That is what it is like with no painkillers, before opioids, and I came off opioids for this.
I do know my Dr works for the NHS also so they must just have him 2 days a month for patients reviews? That doesn't seem anywhere near enough but it is the only availability I have seen in the last 5 or 6 months.
I will run out of medication because the Dr isn't working until the 14th and 22nd of August.
It was the 22nd when I emailed for payment and the only slots he has is 3 weeks and 4 weeks away!!
This is madness.
I should add, you may not experience this as severe depending on your doctor as each dr works different hours although none are full time.
I do love Leva clinic and many of the staff are great, but this is a nightmare and I really dread it every quarter as it has been the issue for most if not all of 2023 so far.
PLEASE Leva clinic, stagger the doctors quarterly appointments so that we can have choice before we run out of medication.
We aren't allowed medication without an appointment but can't get medication on time because said doctor isn't working at Leva that day.
You must see the issue?
Second issue is a minor one, but when I request my payment link for the quarterly appointment (you have to email for a payment link, then pay, then you ask for a booking link), they always send it for the wrong amount.
Every time I have to correct them and wait for a new payment link.
Ok this is small and they always correct it, but surely after this many times and after I think 3 years (roughly, I can't remember), you would think it would have stopped.
This is minor but I really would love if they fixed it.
To summarise:
I do recommend Leva clinic very much and I really like many of the staff as they are great, I just wish they would stagger the Dr's quarterly appointment slots so we can pick appointments before we run out of medication!
It really is a nightmare for someone who came of opioids.
Will change this to a 5 if the main issue gets resolved with quarterly slots as this is by FAR the major issue.
Leva clinic and all the staff are absolutely fantastic,my life has changed so much (for the better) since joining.
For many years I've suffered severe pain with my spinal injury and the doctors gave me different pain relief which didn't work it just made me feel more ill and this went on for about 10years until I discovered leva clinic then my life changed for the better, I couldn't hardly walk before but now I can walk my dog again plus I don't bite my tongue in my sleep and no more restless legs.
I'm not 100% fixed but I'm at least 75% better now since joining leva clinic. I've been with leva clinic for about 4months now and my experience so far with leva is amazing and the staff are just lovely and so helpful, so it's a big thumbs up from me ,👍👍👍
Give it a try guys as you might be amazed with the results just like I was and still am.

Easy and helpful great service for people who need it the most
Leva have been my pain managment clinic for nearly two years. They have been consistently helpful, friendly and clear. There have been no problems I can recall and they reply very quickly to any contact. Thoroughly recommended and worth every penny for their service. I have no intention of using anyone else for pain management.

Since i became a patient with Leva Clinic, my life has improved ten fold. Not only do i get the correct medication to manage my cronic illness and constant pain, but i get the support i need too.

I have mixed feelings.
It used to be good customer support but that has got worse
Prescriptions are not done on time and sent off late to pharmacy.
Mistakes are made constantly in communication between the clinic and myself.
Not sure what has changed but the service is really bad now from what it was before.
It takes about 2 weeks from asking for a prescription to getting it. That is if there are no stock issues which there is every month.
Stock isn't their fault, but bad communication is.
Slow to contact people about stock if they contact you at all without chasing.
Delays from asking for a prescription to the doctor signing it, to you sending it off need to be sorted.
Why can't another doctor sign prescriptions? Surely for repeat anyone can sign! Doesn't have to be once a week when the doctor comes in! That is really bad!
And finally, the follow up fees are too high. £99 every 3 months for a 3 mins appointment just so I can get a repeat prescription is too much.
That is an outrageous cost.

This is my updated review as over the last 4 months, service has been terrible!
Prescriptions sent late to pharmacies so you don't get your medication until a week or two late even if you ask a week in advance.
I request a week in advance and then it still takes 2 weeks to turnaround recently.
I know when I used to deal with Sarah it was fine. This is just since Petra. Not blaming Petra of course, just saying change happened and for the worst somewhere.
I never get a prescription on time anymore and it is my medication!
1-2 weeks late is normal now which is disappointing.
I hope this can be sorted as it is really poor now that prescriptions are so late.
It is not the delivery part either, it is from asking for a repeat to them sending it off and the pharmacy receiving it. The whole asking for repeat prescriptions part is slower than ever before.
I really hope to changes for the better again.
I will change my review when it does.
