Albert was helpful and very quick with a solution for assisting me with an error I had made when purchasing a funded account. Everything will be resolved within 24 hours mainly due to processing times from external sources. 5 stars and I’m just saying a raise may be needed here !

Leveled Up live true to daily Payout. Made profit on my account last night, requested it in the early am and had it in my bank account by 4:30pm today.
All support and customer service has been smooth so far and they are definitely changing the game.
Highly recommend if you are looking for a good prop firm to do business with!

Lost 100k funded (Held a trade overnight which is permitted to do and still got an email saying my account was breached because of that) Leveled Up Traders IS A SCAM.
Hi, there. I just recently had passed a one-step challenge on Leveled Up Traders and was able to get my 100k funded. Very exciting and happy. But after a week of trading, I requested a payout of about 8k and right after that I got a email from Leveled Up Traders saying how I breached my account because I held a trade overnight. it also said, I needed to get a swing trading account in order to hold a trade overnight which is complete bs. On the Leveled Up Traders own website it states that holding a trade overnight on a day trading and one-step accounts are permitted. So, someone please tell me how I breached my account. Makes zero sense. The only explanation I have is that they are liars and really don't care about the people who really put in the work and do good at trading. Also, contacted the live support team and they kept saying they escalated the matter and that I would receive a response back which obviously never did. COMPLETE SCAM THEY ARE. I have all the proof in the world if anyone cared to ask too.

Slow payout system
Requested a $1,000 payout the other day and they took a full 24 hours to execute it which was the end of the next trading day so i never received the payout due to their laggy system.
Just blows my mind how they sit through a whole work day without getting my payout to me...

I was able to look into your issues a little further. It looks like you requested your payout, however after requesting your payout there was continued trading on the account which caused a drop in profits and the payout was no longer valid. As good practice, we always recommend that you pause all trading until the payout has been paid.
While it does take time to process payouts as we are working with many customers, we strive to get payouts out as quickly as possible often getting payouts out in as little as 24 hours, however it can take up to one business day to process.

I wanted to take some time to compose my review before sharing my thoughts, and I’m thrilled to say that I’m thoroughly impressed. In today’s market, with numerous prop firms emerging, I had some reservations. However, Leveledup has surpassed all my expectations.
The trading conditions are exceptionally favorable. The challenge is straightforward and easy to grasp, and the payout experience has been nothing short of great. I’ve received multiple payouts without any delays, as promised.
I also encountered an issue with TradeLocker, but I promptly presented them with proof of the incident. They thoroughly reviewed my claim, which included video evidence, and promptly compensated me for my losses.
Overall, I have nothing but positive experiences to share. I will continue to use Leveledup as my trusted trading partner. I also want to extend a special shoutout to our support member, Dario, who has provided exceptional customer service and assistance.
