Maria B. Was very helpful. The time it took was quite longer than “will be with you shortly”. More like 30 minutes and I almost went somewhere else to shop and ask questions.
The new owners of Level Nine wasted no time messing the business up. L9 was my go-to retailer for all of my family’s ski equipment. I purchased 4 sets of skis from them in the last 5 or so years. Every purchase was a great experience with great customer service. Well, I just purchased another set of skis and when I reached out to customer service to give them my boot size to have my bindings mounted (which were purchased with the skis as part of a set) I was informed they no longer mount bindings and that I’d have to take them to a local ski shop to have them mounted. Doing so would cost me an additional $150+ so I cancelled my order and I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
She was helpful and corrected the wrong link she had to get my order completed.
Marla B provided excellent customer service. She facilitated my return and purchase of new ski boots. She was knowledgeable and helpful and gave me several options to choose from.
