Shocking! Video testimonial still being used after I withdrew consent — poor performance, broken promises and dreadful support

I am leaving this review because my experience with Leveraged Trading Intelligence has been completely unacceptable, and because they still have not removed my video/testimonial despite being explicitly asked to do so.

This is not simply a complaint about trading losses. I understand trading carries risk. My complaint is about the way this company marketed itself, the promises made around risk management and account performance, the handling of my father’s account, the repeated delays, the lack of proper complaint handling, and now the continued use of my video after I told them it no longer reflects my opinion.

My own account was down around US$780. My father’s situation was even worse from our perspective, and we repeatedly asked for his issue to be resolved. The company had advertised performance/risk-management style assurances, including statements about refunds if an account did not grow by a certain amount within a set period. When we asked why this was not being honoured, we were repeatedly deferred, delayed or told it would be chased up. Nothing meaningful was resolved.

What made this worse was that, while my account was already losing money and my father’s issue was still unresolved, I was encouraged to deposit more. I was told about another client who had allegedly deposited an additional £3,000 and was now averaging around £2,000 a week, and I was asked what was stopping me from doing something similar. In my opinion, that is appalling judgement when a customer is already complaining about losses and unresolved promises.

The communication was also extremely poor. Messages went unanswered. Calls were suggested and then not properly followed through. I repeatedly had to chase for updates. I asked for the official complaint route/email and still did not receive a proper clear complaints process through the chat. I was mainly told things would be “chased” or passed to “the team”, but there was no real accountability and no resolution.

The most serious part is the video/testimonial. I had previously given a positive review/video far too early. Once the experience changed, I clearly asked them to remove it from their database, website, Telegram and any other social media because it no longer reflected my opinion. On 5 June, they replied that they would remove it “over the weekend.” It has still not been removed, and now they have stopped responding.

Keeping someone’s testimonial/video online after they have withdrawn consent, especially after promising to remove it, is unacceptable. It is also deeply misleading to potential customers, because that video no longer represents my actual view of the company.

When things were going well, they were responsive enough. When serious problems appeared, the experience became delay after delay, vague answers, ignored messages and no proper resolution. In my view, the marketing looks slick, but the service behind it completely failed when it mattered.

I would not recommend this company. Based on my experience, I would strongly warn anyone considering using them to keep screenshots of everything, not rely on verbal promises, not provide testimonials early, and be extremely cautious about depositing more money when there are unresolved issues.

At the time of writing, my video/testimonial is still being used despite my clear written request for removal. That alone tells me everything I need to know about how this company handles customers once the relationship breaks down.
