Terrible customer support
Levi’s cancelled my order and didn’t even notify me in any way. I called up customer service they told me that it was a technical issue and that I could go on and re-order my jeans as my size was still in stock . I go on they are sold out in my size, so now I’m unable to get my jeans.
Fraud
Since February I’ve been waiting for two refunds. They sent me an email saying they had approved them, but nothing ever came. I wrote and chased, they said “sorry, it was a mistake,” and since then I’ve been following up every week for 8 months — still no money. They are fraudsters.
I have filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and I’m involving lawyers to speed things up. I strongly advise against using this company. Be very careful.

Purchased jeans online. They arrived with a reduced price sticker. When I asked for a refund, it was declined due to their “policy” Promotional campaigns and sales mentioned on the site are applied in different periods according to online policy and are not aligned with the campaigns and discounts of stores.

No accountability
I ordered three pairs of jeans, before the Christmas holiday. I recieved three jeans, three days later than scheduled, but they were all the wrong size, wrong style, and wrong color. I spoke to a customer service agent that told me I could bring them to the store, but that turned out incorrect. I wasted a trip. Then life got hectic, I didn’t have time to deal with their mistake, and once I eventually had time I called again and was informed it was now outside of their “return window”. I expressed incredulity, since this wasn’t a circumstance where I received the correct items and changed my mind or felt the size wasn’t ideal— this was entirely wrong items I can’t even use — equivalent with not having recieved anything at all in the mail. No pairs were opened from the plastic even. They refused to budge. This is an unconscionable policy and the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. If they make an egregious mistake like this they should bend over backwards to accommodate the customer that was inconvenienced. They shouldn’t expect costumers to engage in free labor to rectify Levi’s own mistakes on a tight timeline that has no leniency. That’s a policy intended to defraud customers.

I bought chinos just 5 months ago and after 2 washes the color is completely changed. They were washed carefully and worn only a few times. I left a review on the Levi's website, but they delete these messages. Shameful.

I went to Levi's in fairlands walk. The lady was so helpful and friendly I just kept buying more and more.
I had to exchange some stuff the following week and had a bad experience... it was a shocking difference in service... however I reported this to HO and they took it seriously and really made strides to ensure it wouldn't happen again. The team were sent on training and a full investigation was made with them even looking into CCTV cameras for evidence.
I want to acknowledge that it is easy for us as customers to complain but a brand cannot always account for bad behavior of Staff. We as consumers should always give the HO the opportunity to rectify before we blast them on reviews. I commend Levi's approach to handling the matter in a way that ensured I felt heard and would be a return customer.
Buy elsewhere. Greedy returns policy.
I’m appalled at Levi’s. I bought a shirt and just tried to take it back and told I can’t because I’ve had it more than 7 days.
What a cynical policy.
This was never explained to me at the time of purchase, but apparently it’s printed on the back of the receipt (who would read that?).
I certainly won’t buy at Levi’s again. I’ll use a more reputable retailer instead.

Excellent loyalty scheme
I signed up for the Red tag loyalty scheme and have been very impressed. I buy quite a lot of levi clothes and accessories and I get points awarded for every purchase.
They've recently changed the scheme so it's easier to acquire points.
They can also be used on sale items.
I've just bought a cross body bag at a great price because I used £10 worth of points towards it.
Online purchasing was easy and delivery was very fast.
Very happy with the product and service
501's just aren't as good as they used to be.
I've been wearing shrink to fit 501's for over 50 years. The pairs bought sometime in the last decade from the USA are heavier now than the new pair. The pocket material isn't great. The denim is soft already so probably won't last and what is the point of the crappy screen print on the inside? My backside can't read. Delivery was fast and on time, but the product is such a disappointment.
