One person thought they knew the part…
One person thought they knew the part number but when the service person came yesterday it was the wrong part and the person who ordered it was nice. The service person yesterday, so so. I showed him the part I needed and he informed me it was suppose to look like that and that the air from the freezer came into the refrigerator from there....well there was a part that is no longer there when I purchased the refrigerator so I called this company back today. The girl that answered the phone turned me over to another person and I tried to explain to him how to get to the picture of the part I needed but he kept cutting me off and started yelling at me so I started yelling back. If he would have listened it could have been done in 10 minutes. Then he was cussing at me and hung up the phone. When I called back the girl said she heard me yelling at him, which was true, and she hung up on me. Then I called back and she informed me she was going to call the police for harassing them and hung up on me again. When I called back she just picked up the phone and put it down. I turned this business into Lowe's to not use them for service again and also to Frigidaire as well. There is no excuse for this.
