Great customer service, they responded to my queries very quickly and were able to fix any problems or tell me what was happening. Food quality is amazing and great communication.

Our three labs where on a kibble diet before switching to a raw diet. We were apprehensive at first because we didn't know much about feeding raw. We emailed Lewsett and they were super helpful. They answered all our questions and were happy to communicate with us back and forth a few times before we decided to go for it. A few weeks later and our labs are like different dogs. Their coats are soft and shinny. They have so much energy and absolutely LOVE dinner time now. We would highly recommend Lewsett and sons to anyone wanting to make the switch!

I couldn't recommend L&S enough! I've tried a variety brands offering similar products and is this is by far the best smelling, most compact for storage and the one they prefer. My dogs are both fussy eaters but now can't wait for mealtimes. Kirsty couldn't have been more helpful when advising on options too. Will be recommending to all family and friends with dogs!

Both our dogs dont lift there heads until the lot is cleared up and the bowl is licked clean.

Their coats are shiny and are full of energy.

The support i have received from L&S has been top notch. They always communicate any changes etc very well and are always willing to accommodate any changes i've needed without issue.

Kirsty & the team have been very helpful with our new puppy from day 1. Our breeder started the ball rolling with Lewsett and we have continued. Our dog loves the food and we can amend and change the order as we go to suit the dogs diet. Very helpful team.

Discovered this gem of a company at paws in the park. Did a trial pack and the dogs have enjoyed the food so much. Love the subscription service so I can't forget to order and the calendar reminders are a genius!!

We have been using Lewsett and Sons since May 22.

Our normally fussy dogs love their food, there is never a morsel left in the bowls.

The subscription is really handy and the deliveries are always on time and well packaged.

L&S are always great at communication and I know exactly when to expect our deliveries.

Our beautiful rescue rottweiler ivy absolutely loves her dinner times now thanks to lewsett & son's, we have tried so many different raw brands for budget brands to expensive brands and by far you guys are the best for ivy's raw diet.

We found you guys through Instagram and we are beyond pleased that we did, We always get compliments on ivys coat how shiny and healthy she looks and we always say it's down to you guys and her diet we always recommend you guys have 2 of our doggy friends are now with you guys and are loving the benefits from changing there food.

Staff are always very helpful and friendly any problems or questions that you have they are happy to help answer.

We will forever be with you guys and continue raving about your amazing products. ❤️🥰🐶

Ordered my dog food on the 19th of November. Its the 27th now - still hasn't arrived

Edited: Company reached out after I contacted them and have resolved the problem. Changed star rating from 1 to 3, pending a further change once the goods arrive.

Edited again: Goodies have arrived at last and pup is learning to enjoy it. Thank you to the support team for resolving and following up again to make sure everything is alright.

We have just received our second month’s subscription of Lewsett & Son raw food and our dogs are thriving, they love it. The customer services are fabulous, they go above and beyond. Definitely recommended.

I have 6 dogs all fed raw, one of my dogs can be fine on one food one minute but then 2 meals later she is turning her nose up at it, but not with Lewsett and Sons. It’s gone in seconds and never turns her nose up at it

Made the switch to Lewsett & Sons for my very fussy rescue dog and I’m so glad I did! We get a clean bowl after every meal, her coat is soft and shiny and she is so excited every meal time😍 Every interaction with Lewsett & Sons is a pleasure and the staff are wonderfully helpful! Would recommend to anyone, new to raw feeding or an expert, you won’t regret it!

The raw food has helped my dog's gut health so much, they are now having much better bowel movements.

Switched from breeder recommended smelly raw as gave our puppy loose poo. Saw Lewsett family at the Ragley Hall Dog Fest and Tazzi was most enthusiastic in eating all the samples he was offered. Since moving over his growth, coat condition and energy levels are perfect. Afghan hounds are difficult when it comes to keeping their weight on, but our vet says we have a perfect specimen and we agree👍 The service, from initial response to queries, delivery and follow up, this family firm have it spot on. They obviously care about what they do and can be justifiably proud of their product. No smell and as another reviewer said - I think Tazzi eats better than I do now! Thank you guys, keep up the good work.

Fantastic Company with Great Product and Ethos

We have recently moved over to Lewsett & Sons after meeting the owners at a trade show at Ardingly Showground Earlier in the year.

Firstly the product, moving from ProDog I can say that the product is far superior and our GSD loves it. There is a better smell and a less processed look to this raw product than many of the others we have tried before and its reasonably priced.

Secondly this is clearly a small company with owners that haven't lost touch with their values and ethos. As a new customer I emailed regarding unit amount delivery's (my query on further investigation could have simply been answered by reading the website properly Silly me) we had a response within 15 mins at midnight from the team !! Now that's customer service.

I could not recommend Lewsett & Sons highly enough! I had a very fussy 1 year old border collie who went off all raw food before trying L&S. We have been using their food for around 8 months and Buzz is absolutely thriving. He gets so excited for meal times and he has yet to turn his nose up at anything. The packaging is brilliant and saves so much space that we can fit a full months supply in the freezer easily. Delivered to the door monthly still frozen in fully recyclable packing - 10/10! The team are all so lovely and helpful no matter what my questions are - I could go on and on but if you are looking to make the switch to a new premium raw dog food look no further than Lewsett & Sons. Your dog always comes first with them 💙🐾
