She was responsive and clear throughout, and managed all parties, including the developer, notary and bank, so the signing happened on time. She acted for us under a power of attorney from abroad, and everything went smoothly. She also introduced us to trusted contacts for the mortgage and valuation, and sent a clear summary of next steps after completion. Highly recommended.

We’ve been working with Lexidy on three or four separate matters at the same time, and have just closed two of them: the rectification of a property purchase deed and the sale of a property. In both cases Beatriz and Laura were extremely helpful and professional. We’ve worked with other lawyers in Barcelona before, and honestly the service doesn’t compare.

Beatriz supported us throughout the sale, with Laura overseeing the whole process. That oversight really showed: when Beatriz was unexpectedly on sick leave, Laura stepped in on the final day, sorted out the remaining documentation and accompanied us to the notary. At no point did we feel the sale was at risk.

Victoire Vincent is the lady I have been dealing with for my visa extension and registration into the French healthcare system. She always answers emails very quickly and clearly is an expert in her field - she is also very personable. I would have no hesitation in recommending the company especially for English people trying to navigate the French system.

I used Lexidy for my French passport and national identity card application, as well as for my daughter's CNF (certificate of French nationality). As you can imagine, this involves a lot of paperwork and supporting documents, and when one does not live in France obtaining the necessary documents can be very difficult - in addition to navigating the entire process. In short, with Lexidy's help (in particular, that of Maître Vernier) I have both documents and I am confident that my daughter will be issued with a CNF. I hasten to add that I found the rates to be reasonable for what needed to be done. Based on my experience, I would certainly recommend Lexidy to others seeking assistance with citizenship and nationality applications.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. They don't respond to emails, miss critical deadlines even when given notice, and have done nothing but cause us additional stress and problems. DO NOT HIRE LEXIDY!!

I had a great experience with this law firm. From start to finish, they helped me with everything and made the whole process easy and stress-free. They were always quick to respond and took the time to answer all of my questions.

While being experienced in buying real estate in the U.S., but this was the first real estate transaction that we had in Spain. Accordingly, I had no idea how things work and what was customary. I found Lexidy to be highly recommended and it turned out to be absolutely the best choice to have them represent us. But quite honestly, the attorney that was assigned to us was the one that really made the difference: Beatriz Valcarce. She was there at absolutely every turn to guide us through the process. Many times this meant engaging partners that Lexidy has pre-existing relationships with, including such things as inspections, acquiring bank accounts, getting NIE#s, and transferring utilities. Even in these situations that involved third-parties recommended by Beatriz, she stayed involved, guided us through, and managed the relationship with them. She made sure that everything ran absolutely smoothly, and it did. Unbelievably so. I just can't say enough good things about Beatriz.

Beatriz was also great in advising us on what was customary in real estate transactions in Spain. The approach taken in the U.S. varies considerably and getting that customized, nuanced guidance turned out to be hugely helpful, and stress-relieving for us.

If you happen to be in our situation (buying a place in Spain for the first time, coming from another country), Lexidy is absolutely a great choice and so worth the expense. We were very uncomfortable starting the process, but they made sure there was nothing for us to worry about. Specifically, if you're coming from the U.S., this is important because it's much more a caveat emptor (buyer beware) situation in Spain than it is in the U.S. It's really easy to make mistakes that could cost you a lot of money.

Beatrice was amazing - fantastic communication from the outset - as we lived in Australia - purchasing a place in Italy and she made the whole experience as seamless as possible. We also had the pleasure of meeting her in person - and made us most welcome.

My partner and I decided to move to Spain. However, Brexit has created several obstacles that are difficult to overcome without expert help. Even though my partner is a fluent Spanish speaker, the process from initial NLV application to first renewal and residency is potentially a legal minefield. This where Lexidy and their immigration team have proved to be invaluable. We just couldn't have done this without them. Laura Fusté, their head of Global Immigration, was our first contact. Laura was so approachable and helpful, always keeping us informed. And consequently our application and initial move was smooth and stress free.
Then once in Spain, all the necessary steps to gain residency have been facilitated through María Laura Arreaza. María has been an absolute pleasure to work with. From her English fluency to her reassuring professionalism and the fact that emails have always been responded to on the same day. Incredible. My partner and I feel extremely lucky that we instructed Lexidy and their excellent staff to help us and we would not hesitate for a moment in recommending anyone thinking of moving country to contact them for help.

Terrible advice! Already a legal resident in the country with difficulty getting through to the administration they suggested I self deport and start all over again, likely leading to a total exclusion. But at least they were also condescending and rude in the process! They're basically a bucket shop, not a serious enterprise.
