Very disappointing experience

Very disappointing experience, and frankly unacceptable. Their practices raise serious concerns about reliability. They change your accountant every three months, and there are repeated tax errors.

They withdrew 14K from my account, and after more than two months there is still no resolution. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service, and with no direct phone support available, I continue to receive the same generic responses promising a fix, yet nothing is actually resolved. The delays are excessive.

This level of service is unprofessional and unacceptable. I am now considering legal action.

Set up for success!!

I just had my meeting with Louis Williams my tax advisor in Madrid. The meeting went really well. He is extremely knowledgeable, very thorough, informative, patient, and professional. He’s phenomenal. The best tax advisor EVER! I really liked him and will be doing my taxes with him, definitely.

He gave the best advice I could ever had in order for me to be well prepared with my taxes and finances in general in Madrid going forward. He also provided lots of great suggestions and recommendations. He set me up for success.

I definitely recommend him!!

Avoid for anything more than simple visa processes

I want to be fair here, because I believe the team at Entretramites means well. But our experience was poor enough that I feel obligated to share it so others can make an informed decision.

The owner/partner handled our intake personally and made a strong impression. After that, he essentially disappeared. When problems arose with our Beckham's Law application — problems stemming from advice his team gave us — I tried repeatedly to escalate. Multiple emails went unanswered. The owner only resurfaced after we'd already hired a qualified Spanish attorney to take over and salvage the situation.

The core issue, in my view, is that their team is based in South America and doesn't appear to have strong on-the-ground contacts or expertise in Spain. For straightforward cases, that may not matter. But for anything involving Beckham's Law or more complex immigration scenarios, you need advisors who truly understand Spanish tax and immigration law, not just the general process. The advice we received nearly cost us our Beckham's Law eligibility entirely.

If you're considering Entretramites for a simple visa application, your experience may be different. But if your situation has any complexity, especially around Beckham's Law, I'd strongly recommend working with a firm that specializes in Spanish immigration and has direct relationships with Spanish authorities.

Terrible experience.

Fine for standard tasks, but highly frustrating for anything beyond.

Very disappointing experience.

When I first signed up as autónomo, I was fined by the Agencia Tributaria within one month due to an error made by them. After that initial issue, everything ran smoothly: the software worked well, and my assigned accountant was friendly and efficient.

However, when I later asked them to register my foreign business for VAT in Spain, the experience became extremely frustrating. So far, I have lost ca. €2,750, a significant amount for a small business, purely due to unclear communication, repeated mistakes, and being passed between around ca. five different accountants. Each time, I had to explain my situation from the beginning. I sincerely wish they had told me from the start that this process was beyond their expertise.

As a result, I incurred unnecessary costs for document translations, incorrect VAT registration, and import taxes caused by mistakes in the VAT number. This situation has now been ongoing for 13 months, and despite requesting deregistration for the past three months, they still have not completed it.

Overall, this has been a highly stressful, costly, and disappointing experience.

0 stars. Best to go somewhere else

They do not communicate. I had to follow multiple times. After I requested a refund, because I was not getting responses they promptly responded. Very disorganized and too busy to get things done timely. Very disappointed in this company’s performance. I am glad I did not send them my digital certificate. Ultimately, they decided to refund rather than prepare the filing. Now my return is late. I will return to Lexidy who charges more but at least they communicate and get the work done. You get what you pay for. I would not use this company for anything in the future.

Very unprofessional and charges high than competitors

My experience with EntreTrámites has been extremely disappointing, and honestly, I feel compelled to warn others before trusting this company with something as important as tax declarations. The gestor they assigned to me was completely unprofessional and consistently failed to provide even the most basic level of service. From the beginning, communication was slow, unclear, and at times totally nonexistent.
What shocked me the most was her inability—or unwillingness—to give me a straightforward answer about my yearly tax declaration. For weeks, I asked her repeatedly if she had actually filed my tax return, and she never gave me a clear confirmation. Instead, I received vague responses, long delays, or no reply at all. When you're dealing with legal obligations and deadlines, this type of negligence is unacceptable.
I ended up having to escalate my case multiple times, practically begging for someone competent to review what was happening. Only after insisting again and again did I finally get some clarity—but by then, the process had already caused me unnecessary stress, doubt, and frustration. A service that advertises itself as “professional” should not put clients in the position of chasing answers for weeks just to know whether their taxes are being handled properly.
For the price EntreTrámites charges, the quality of service should be far superior. Instead, what I got was slow responses, lack of accountability, and a gestor who did not seem to care at all about deadlines or client peace of mind. I trusted them with a simple obligation, and they turned it into a problem.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend EntreTrámites to anyone. If you need reliable, timely, and professional tax assistance, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

I was so excited to work with this…

I was so excited to work with this company, as I initially had a great and productive call with Louis. Unfortunately, once I actually signed up, I had such a terrible experience and hope that by writing this, the business makes immediate changes. Firstly, I was paired with a non-English speaking advisor (first red flag). Second, I was made to pay before I was even properly processed into their system (second red flag). Then, when I gave my documentation to apply for Autonomo, I was told I needed a digital certificate. My advisor, Wuilton, set an appointment up for me TWO HOURS away from my apartment and told me that this was my closest option...... insanity.... 4-5 hour roundtrip to sort my digital certificate?? I ended up asking my friends to help me with the digital certificate and was able to sort on my own 15 minutes from my apartment. (Third red flag). The final red flag is that I emailed today to be refunded for January, seeing as I paid but nothing was accomplished and I am still not registered as autonomo..... Louis and Wuilton have gone radio-silent on me and I was sent an automatic message informing me that if I'd like to cancel, I will still need to pay until March.

I feel like I've been scammed. Im so upset. And I highly recommend others avoid this company.

Horrible company

Horrible company. Avoid at all costs. I virtually never go out of my way to write negative reviews but my experience with Entre Tramites was consistently bad across the board after dealing with four different gestors, which makes me think the issues are systemic.

My first accountant was tedious and confusing to correspond with, and it took me an entire fiscal quarter to not even wind up with a clear understanding of what kinds of expenses I could deduct. Emails would take weeks to answer, and despite reminding her several times to review my invoices each month, she waited until 9 pm on the day of the quarterly tax deadline to let me know that there were issues with my receipts. She ended up filing my taxes late.

Then, I got switched to a new accountant without warning. Same exact thing. Started out okay, and then waited until the deadline to get my approval despite several emails asking him to please not let it pile up til the last minute. It seems my taxes got filed late again, and I never got answers to questions I asked months ago.

I also paid for the TIE service which ended up being a complete waste of money. I thought it would be worth it to pay someone to do it for me because I wanted an earlier appointment (the one I booked myself was two months out). Unfortunately, it took a month for my accountant to even respond to my request to sign me up for the service, and the person originally in charge of my TIE card filled out a very basic form I could have done myself sloppily — he got my birth year wrong the first time and misspelled "Madrid." I was switched to a different gestor for the pickup appointment. After waiting for some time to hear back from her about an appointment, I got on the website myself and booked my own appointment within minutes. Utterly useless.

An absolutely shit show of a company

An absolutely shit show of a company. My boyfriend and I have been trying to get our domestic partnership for 8 months now. Our application was rejected because we didn't have the required document proving we were single. We were never told we needed this document. However, we were told that we needed a notarized document, which cost over 150 euros, which wasn't actually the case, so that was a waste of money and time. We've now been waiting nearly two months for a two-page document to get translated. Another document has to be re-requested by the French government because too much time has elapsed waiting for the translation of the other one. We've had three different caseworkers with very little or no notice of the switch. The situation is so frustrating. Don't use them; they have no idea what they're doing and never take accountability for failing to provide the correct information or aid. What exactly did we pay for? Apparently nothing.

Horrific experience applying for Autonomo visa

I don’t usually write negative reviews, but after what I went through with this organisation, I feel genuinely compelled to warn others. Based on my experience, this company operates in a way that feels careless, unprofessional, and frankly, exploitative — almost like a scam. I spent 7 months working with entre tramites, through the autónomo visa process, and I deeply regret ever trusting them with something so important.

What I Experienced:

• Communication was painfully slow. I often waited over a week for basic answers, and even then, replies were vague, unclear, and unhelpful. Sometimes it was hard to believe I was dealing with legal professionals.
• I was passed between two different paralegals with no notice or explanation, which only added confusion and showed zero accountability or structure.
• I paid 300€ for the “business plan service”, expecting expert input from an economist. Instead, I was emailed a list of generic points to include — no guidance, no structure, no economic analysis. I ended up writing the entire plan myself with ChatGPT, and all they did was translate it. In my opinion, I was misled into paying for expertise I never received, essentially 300€ for a translator, not an economist.
• When complications came up, I was left completely on my own. More often than not, I relied on ChatGPT for answers I was paying professionals to provide.
• Despite trying repeatedly, I was never able to reach a real person by phone. Everything was online, and when I desperately needed human support, there was none.
• I even encountered clerical mistakes such as misspelled names and incorrect passport details, which is unacceptable when dealing with legal immigration documentation.

Outcome:

After 7 months of stress, uncertainty, and dead-ends, my visa was rejected due to incomplete documentation, something I expected this team to prevent. This experience turned my life upside down. Thousands of euros spent, my career on hold, months of anxiety and wasted time, being away from my boyfriend. The Generalitat specifically cited missing paperwork, which to me reflects the sloppy legal handling I received.

Out of frustration, I hired another law firm for a one-off consultation, and they gave me clearer guidance in one hour than this company did in seven months. They showed zero care or responsibility when my visa was rejected, no support, no solutions, nothing. If you can avoid dealing with this organisation, please do. I would never want anyone to go through what I did, particularly during something as life-altering as immigration.
