Ordered 2 pairs of shoes over 1 month ago- never received them
I ordered 2 pairs of shoes on their website on June 17, 2024 and have yet to receive the shoes. A week later, I emailed them requesting a tracking number, but that email went unanswered.
I have escalated it to Shopify, who has decided not to do anything because they said they can't confirm the site is a Shopify site, even though it clearly states, "Powered by Shopify" on the footer of the site, and has the Shopify url on the confirmation page.
I have also escalated it to Paypal, which I used to purchase the shoes. They emailed the merchant almost 2 weeks ago, and they haven't responded to Paypal. So now it's a waiting game to get my refund.
