While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

To protect platform integrity, every review on our platform—verified or not—is screened by our 24/7 automated software. This technology is designed to identify and remove content that breaches our guidelines, including reviews that are not based on a genuine experience. Stay far away

Stay far away. The Company is a scam which is disappointed and unexpected considered that they offer legal services to law firms. Horrific communication and quite blatantly scammers.

Read Please

If you can read this in time, I hope I can save someone like I wished someone would have saved me. Stay away from this company. I believe this company is inherently bad. From the sales team to the customer service. They are like a poor person wooing a rich person to marry them for their money. Once you sign the contract/marry, the wooing is gone and you see the reality of your mistake. Please stay away from this company. I did not learn my lesson. Westlaw, or Fastcase.

This is a very dishonest company

This is a very dishonest company. Their salespeople will offer you the world to get you to sign the contract. I was supposed to get my first three months free. They let me use it for 2 weeks and then disabled my account, saying it won't start until November. There is no customer service, and no one will help. I'm sure they will squeeze me for money if I want to use it nowl.

What a joke

What a joke! This organization used to be a respected entity in the insurance industry. Earlier today my phone call was answered by someone I couldn't hear and they hung up on me, I called back and some loud mouth that talks through the loud music advised they are experiencing increased call volumes and you need to hold. I did for over an hour. I have a bogus claim on my surprising Lexus Nexus report and you can't get through to a live person to deal with it. A waste of a resource for citizens once again in America! No surprise!

Lexis has a great team.

I wanted to name and give credit to each of the Lexis reps that helped us get our account set up, Kayla Canfield, Gabriel Jackson, Sarah Plassenthal, Jacqueline Bertrams, and Matthew McPheron, thank you for knowledge, time, and flexibility in helping to make this a comfortable transition from our previous legal research platform. I also wanted to thank Chad Coppler, whom I initially reached out to, for helping facilitate and getting me in contact with the right team for the products we were looking for.
