They just gave a template for samboavtal that you can find for free online, I was expecting at least some electronic signature but just a PDF felt scammed

Our phone queues differs depending on what time during the day you call us. Normally, the queue is at its longest during the morning, during lunch and early afternoons. If you call us outside these time periods the queues are usually shorter.
