The most important thing in a chat...to the customer

Using "start and stop" points in the chat is almost as important as completing the order itself. If they don't use them the customers are basic left wondering if they've started, what if any progress is being made and worst of all if after several hours are they still playing or did they stop and not tell you. I think you can see where I'm going with this.

Absolute disaster from beginning to end

Absolute disaster from beginning to end. What promised level 200 with campaign completion i ended level 97 (false promise 1). Was charged upgrade for contest mode raid without my approval (they store your credit card number). Failed to log in time for contest mode. Lots of bot messages for apologies, no one knows what happens. Was proposed a compensatory order and yet nobody picked it after a week. Chat are full of bots without redundant worthless apologies. LFCarry never no more.

This used to be a really good company…

This used to be a really good company but I don't know who's in charge but it's a mess. They send you exclusive offers through agents and then when you go and pay for the service suddenly they don't have anyone to fulfill your orders and the time window passes and you are out an activity that they scouted you to complete for you instead of just doing it yourself or going to a better streaming service. Then customer service can't even make it right and they don't honor the agreed compensation. I recommend going to another service.

Paid for a service (>$200), Got no service & no refund.

Paid for a service (>$200), but it was never started.. just endless "I've escalated..." messages.

Finally asked for, and was told that I would receive a refund.. Never came. Now, they won't even respond to messages.

Used to be a decent service.. no longer though, stay away!

I didn't receive payment for completing…

I didn't receive payment for completing two orders. And after contacting them for months regarding payment, they say that they're trying the best they can and will send payment as soon as possible, but they never did.

Dont Ever use this boost use all others! I have been trolled for almost a week for one order they are the biggest joke ever I will never ever in my whole life recommend this bad place and I have been a loyal customer for 3-4 years please don’t choose them they was good years ago now they don’t care about you and don’t answer you you only get the same message over and over from the same AI agent robot don’t use them use all others!
