Delivery time longer than expected
Delivery is was much longer than expected; especially since it said shipped pretty much the next day of purchase but Australia post did not update anything for at least another couple of days before sending through details of when to expect delivery.

Fridge filter replacements
Easy to find filters I needed on their website and I do like shopping for genuine spare parts.
Delivery was 4-5 days incl a weekend. Couldn't ask for more.

The only thing you need to improve is on the water filter there is no mark or indication of which way the water flows in the LG water filter as I have bought other brands which have a water flow direction eg: water in or arrow with a direction. Everything about my order was so easy thank you
