Quality of Frames are fantastaic as well as the packaging that it came in. I dinged one star off because I wasn't that impressed with the hinge design on my eyeglasses.

Item is well made, as expected from L.G.R. products. They fit the complimenting optical lens very well and the additional case is a great everyday-carry item.

Shipping was a good experience considering how far the item traveled. Packaging was well enough to make sure the item wasn’t damaged. Good overall experience.

I ordered a pair of prescription glasses (Malabo 01) and I've been trying them out for a few days.

First, the customer service team was very responsive in both Whatsapp and email. My glasses were delayed for a few days due to my prescription, and they gave me the reasoning in an email along with a 15% discount coupon for my next purchase (I like the confidence!). The shipping took a couple of days to the U.S.

I received the pair Tuesday this week and I have been impressed with the quality so far. The glasses look great for pretty much any event, and the acetate construction is both light and sturdy. The hinge is smooth and stays put at pretty much any angle too.

Overall, LGR World is an excellent company. The customet service and the quality of the product are fantastic. You get what you pay for with them.

The only criticism I have is if the virtual try-on was available for all pairs, but this is me nitpicking.

We have purchased several pairs of glasses and have loved the quality and style of each pair. Most importantly when my husband broke his glasses they sent the correct piece to repair as well as handled the shipping issues related to importing from another country. Customer service was excellent and we highly recommend.
