Hello Edniel,

I can see you've since withdrawn your funds in frustration. We apologise that our customer support fell short of the quality we strive for in this instance.
We've emailed you back but just in case you don't see it - the issue with a greyed out 'new order' button on mt5 is you need to select the symbol you want to trade on the left hand side. We often recommend double clicking it as it'll pop open an order button and you can accept the one click trade option that you want to start using the new order button. We understand some users don't find the mt5 platform particularly intuitive and are rolling out an improvement in the next month that we hope will drastically improve the experience. If you'd like to try again with us we'd love to have you back - and you can contact me directly via help@lhfx.com - putting "FAO James" at the top of the ticket and I'll keep an eye out for your name.

We are genuinely sorry to hear about your experience. We understand how frustrating it is to feel unable to manage a live position, especially during volatile market conditions.

LHFX has been operating since 2020 and we categorically reject the claim that we are a scam. We operate a straight through processing model, and our business depends entirely on long term client relationships. We earn through commission and swaps, so it is in our interest for clients to trade with us consistently over time.

Regarding the issue described on 03/03/2026, we have no record of a platform-wide outage at that time. However, we take claims like this seriously and will thoroughly investigate your specific account if you contact us with your account number and the exact time of the incident. We can review server logs, pricing data and execution records to determine precisely what occurred.

On the support concerns raised:

• Our official support email is help@lhfx.com.
• You mentioned emailing support@lhfx.com. If our chatbot referenced that incorrectly, we will investigate immediately.
• As a result of this review, we have now created support@lhfx.com and forwarded it to help@lhfx.com to prevent this happening again.

Our chatbot is designed as first-line support for straightforward queries. When it identifies a more serious issue, it raises a priority ticket directly to our 24/7 live support team. We operate via a structured ticket system to ensure cases are logged and handled properly rather than risk chats being missed during handovers.

If any support links returned a 404 error, that is not acceptable and we would like to review that immediately, we have migrated to our new site and it is possible a result of this has left a page in a 404 state. I assure you that this has been flagged with the team and they will scour our logs to check for any 404s that may have flagged in the last 24 hours.

Hey,

I'm David the Director of LHFX and I was shown this review and thought I'd reply personally. What I'd like to say is you're quite right about this issue, we found it super irritating too! We were limited on the old platform about what we could offer and how fast we could integrate and improve things for users.

So much so that on the 9th of February we transitioned to a fully bespoke in house CRM for clients that we built ourselves which gives us full control of every part of the application. On top of that we dropped confirmation levels on BTC, we added ETH, SOL, USDT and USDC for both deposits AND withdrawals.

We also drastically improved the spread of our offering! So users get tighter spreads and more symbols to trade. With the new system we now have more control over the platform we now have a lot more that we're integrating basically every couple of days this month. Give us another try to not miss out - and if you'd like, send us a message to help@lhfx.com and ask them to direct it to me personally - I want to hear every good or bad experience you have with our platform so I can focus on delivering the best site possible for you. Same goes for anyone who happens to read this. On that note this week you'll see a feedback tool on the right hand side of the site, anything you put in there as a feature request gets sent to me personally in a wrap up by my team once a week.

We understand your concern, however this review does not appear to be based on a verifiable client experience.

It’s also important to clarify that LHFX operates as an STP broker. This means client trades are passed through to downstream liquidity providers and executed with institutional counterparties. As a result, we have no commercial incentive, and no practical ability, to manipulate client trading outcomes.

If you are an actual client and have experienced a specific issue, we encourage you to contact our support team directly so we can investigate properly.
