I was impressed with the service . Never seen guys move so fast and they got the furniture in and out quicker than expected. What I like about them is that don’t talk your head off like other moving company s .They just get to it and work definitely gonna use them next time!

If this has place has good reviews, I guarantee they’re fake! I’ve had (and currently still am having) the most horrible experience. I got a guaranteed delivery date of over a week ago and as far as I can tell they are holding all of my stuff indefinitely in a different state. Unresponsive. I will update this review if I get my stuff safely and quickly because I understand delays but I can’t understand companies that are so untransparent and care about their customers so little. For everyone looking to hire a mover, as far as I can tell— get a Uhual and do it yourself. If my experience changes, this review will too.

From start to finish this was the smoothest experience I've ever had when moving. They were on time, friendly, and very cautious with my things as if they were there own. If I ever move again, they're the first ones I'm calling and would reccommend anyone I know to do the same! Thanks again !

DO NOT USE LONG HAUL MOVING. Initial contact was great, David was nice and clear and helpful. I was told about $2000/1 bedroom move. There wasn't even a bed, just the other stuff. Went up to $3000, including packing glass table tops and a china cabinet. They were supposed to contact me 2-3 days before moving to confirm and update inventory. No one called, hard to reach anyone. Finally reached someone day before move. Joe Ryan asked me to measure all the stuff for accurate updated cost. Now it was $4900, with $2400 down. Kinda stuck, so went with it. Long Haul hired Easy Road to do the move (I didn't realize this would happen), supposed to arrive between 3-6pm, no one came, no call, couldn't reach anyone. Joe finally gave me Easy Road's private cell phone number and told me not to tell he gave it. I didn't tell, and was able to reach someone. They arrived at 7pm, didn't speak English or Spanish, and problems continued from there. Said couldnt pack the glass for that amount, would be a lot more. We sent them away, will try to recover deposit, but didnt want to throw good money after bad.
