Save your money!!

Just letting people know this brand has no interest in making customers happy, if you have any grievances you’ll be ignored and left with store credit. First the brand is NOT transparent about the return policy when purchasing, I made an order only to find out that they only offer exchanges and store credit. For me, the sizing was not as detailed in the size chart on the website but according to social media posts and live streams apparently, we can discover our size in the brand?? In what world should the consumer study like we have a dissertation for clothes? The size chart should simply be accurate but it’s not.

Next, the clothes only fit good on certain bodies and skin tones. This brand is NOT inclusive and so if you are a person of darker complexion things will be see through on you. Also if you have any tattoos on your hips or legs, don’t worry you’ll be able to see it through your leggings!! For the premier price point, the quality is simply unacceptable. Also the bottoms will be tight and loose at the same time, honestly I’m impressed they could do both at the same time so I’ll give them 5 stars on being original.

The brand is quick to respond to positive feedback but will leave customers with concerns ghosted and in the wind. It’s actually comical, wouldn’t suggest this brand to anyone.

Premium priced brand + low-budget customer service

I attempted to resolve a sizing/fit issue within Liaison the Label’s stated 7-day return/exchange window, but the overall customer service experience was extremely disappointing.

Communication was slow and inconsistent, despite the short return window. I reached out numerous times through email where I would get a response days later, then ghosted. I then escalated to social media and received little to no response, yet the company was quick to reply publicly to unrelated comments on IG. Also, they do not accept IG messages so comments were the only option. The lack of timely support made the process unnecessarily stressful. Unfortunately, the overall experience felt more like a PR-driven brand than a customer-focused business.

Both items were returned unworn with tags attached, and because I was planning to reorder a different style using store credit, I was under the impression this would be treated as an exchange and that handling fees would not apply.

However, the return portal does not provide a clear option to proceed without selecting “return,” even when the intent is to reorder different items. As a result, I was charged a $10 handling fee.

What also concerns me is that the Returns & Exchanges page states that a “handling fee applies,” but does not clearly disclose the exact dollar amount upfront until you are already in the portal process.

Rather than acknowledging the confusion and communication delays, the company seemed far more focused on defending the $10 fee they took from me, than providing a reasonable, customer-friendly resolution. For a premium-priced brand, this felt unnecessarily rigid and petty.

Many reviews also mention inconsistent sizing, so this does not appear to be an isolated issue. Customers should not feel penalized with extra fees due to unpredictable fit.

Overall, this was not the level of service I would expect from a premium-priced brand, and I would not recommend ordering unless you are completely certain about sizing.
