So tasty :)

I‘m so happy that I can order Lebanese wine and arak here. The selection is large and the delivery is quick. But the best is, that I can support the Lebanese economy, which is also suffering from the war.

You did not send the Wine to my address…

You did not send the Wine to my address - as promised, but used UPS, which put it to a shop - where I had to go to and pick it up myself. They even lied to me, saying, that they tried to deliver it to my address, which IS Not true. Absolutely unacceptable!

Hello Amal, We appologies for the experience. As you can see from the tracking link, we used your adress for the delivery and not a shop. The delivery companies especially during holidays get under stress and their level of service is not up to standard. We always share with our customers the tracking link beforehand to make sure that these things happen much less. Unfortunately what the drivers of UPS do for each package is out of our control.
