Bought an item which arrived too late for the occasion and they have completely blanked all my efforts to return it. This seems to be the theme from the Google reviews so obviously not just due to the busy festive period. The item is nice but it's a totally unethical way to operate.

Poor customer service - chasing a refund
I have purchased a few items over the years and this time I wanted to return an item (which was great except for sizing on me) however I had to chase to confirm they’d received the returned item. 3 weeks later I still hadn’t been refunded and I had to chase twice more and I’m yet to receive the money in my account. This isn’t the first occasion of poor refund service with them.
