I believe that this company is a scammer.
I bought an item, and was given detailed tracking information until the item reached Australia, then it went silent.
When I did not receive it for over 1 month, I went to the post office and they only had the same trackinng information that I had.
I contacted Liberraly and they said they would re-send the order on 17 November 2024. Still it did not arrive for and now I receive an email saying that they can not recover the item, so if I still want it, they will charge me for both the cost of the item plus freight.
You have to be kidding.
I WOULD STRONGLY ADVISE PEOPLE TO NEVER DEAL WITH THIS MOB.

The company gave me two different tracking numbers. Only after I sent an email asking why it has taken a month for delivery of a small parcel. Neither tracking number was trackable by USPS which is who the Liberraly states delivered to my mailbox over 20 days ago. I did not receive my package. I paid for shipping and insurance. The company told me to check with the post office and neighbors. Did both. 2nd visit to post office in Maryville, TN the postal worker suggested that this company scams users with bogus tracking information and a fraudulent tracking website from China. JS Tracking. I looked up reviews and many customers have not received their packages. I reached out to the company and PayPal for refund or replacement. The company did not respond and PayPal denied my claim based on being provided and untraceable tracking number. Do not order from these people. They are scamming people out of small amounts of money knowing the dollar amount is not high enough to cause investigation.

I was pleased with these slippers and pleasantly surprised at the warmth and fit. Many reviews said to order a larger size, I did not and ordered my true size. Without socks, they fit perfectly and with socks they’re a bit snug but are nicely stretching. It seems like a good buy so far!

These are quite spacious but not bad. My daughter has narrow flat feet and these were a good fit for her but they are a bit big because of the way her feet are made. She’s thin and lanky so kinda explains why they aren’t the best fitting but they are too cute and she loves the heel on them. Well made and the color looks good, not dull. Very good shoe.

I ordered a 6 youth. Probably should have ordered a 6.5 but it's ok. They are comfortable. Just snug on the top where it is sewn across

Love the shoes! They’re actually nicer than the pictures and the pricing was excellent. I was forever looking for a nice looking and very comfy shoe. I had no problem working 12 hour shifts without pain when I started buying these shoes and rotating them every few days.

I love these shoes for our 2 year old! The material is pretty easy to wipe clean and are holding up great so far! The shoe fits true to size, maybe a tiny bit on the big size.

My boss's wife loved it. I wore the hat with purple and black office dress to be safe. I Didn't like the spiders. Everything else was awesome!
