Carmelcrest Ltd is extremely pleased with the service that Liberty Collins provides.
We have used different R&D Tax consultants in the past and receive marketing calls from R&D consultancies all the time. My experience is that most of them just want to get you in, have a ‘quick call’ then stick in a claim and earn the commission.
Liberty Collins on the other hand genuinely do feel like an extension to our business. They meet the team face to face and make the effort to understand our operation in detail, giving honest advice on what can and cannot be claimed. Because of this I know that the claims we send to HMRC are genuine and accurate. Which really does help you sleep at night!
They have also helped our business with other matters beyond the scope of R&D, completely free of charge. For example they currently help one of our colleagues who is studying for their tax exams by providing training and mentoring on how to prepare corporation tax computations.
Most of all, they are a lovely team of people who we enjoy working with.
