FIX/HOLD 85%LTV 100% CONSTRUCTION INCLUDED COVERED MY BRIDGE WITH A BUSINESS LOC

Liberty Funding helped me with what seemed like an impossible situation. I had a very low credit score and a building that needed to undergo a cash-out refinance. This person stepped in, assessed my scenario, presented the numbers the same day, and helped me acquire the building for $1.3 million, with no payments for 5 months and the full after-repair value (ARV) included. The process took 2 weeks, and after obtaining the $1.3 million, $650,000 was used for renovations. Now, the building is worth $3 million. This marks my 6th real estate project with them. I've utilized their services for both personal and commercial real estate – they truly are a one-stop shop.
I've never run into a company with no reviews yet such exceptional services. truly shows value doesn't come from websites and reviews it comes from the people you're dealing with. this man will simply say no save you time and guide you accordingly
