LibertyZeno makes top quality, beautiful, genuine leather shoes at reasonable prices. In my experience, they are as authentic as authentic can get. Almost equally importantly, the people at LibertyZeno appear to be really interested in good quality customer service and undoubtedly are particularly conscientious. I write that because service was great! As a result, I will hazard a guess that LibertyZeno's management team and its organization are first rate. If this continues, I may not look for shoes anywhere else ever again. Why look anywhere else for shoes?

Nice shoe but runs small
The shoes were excellent as far as style,& very well made. They run a little small, should’ve ordered up a size. Have put some shoe stretchers in them hoping that’ll save me from returning them.

This company does not communicate about orders.
I’ve sent multiple emails, tried to call customer service and reach out about my order status. No one has responded. I’ve left multiple messages. No one has responded. I placed my order a week ago, no order confirmation but the money was taken out my account. I have no shipping information or tracking information.
