POOR QUALITY/DEFECTIVE but Comfortable shoes and Very Poor Customer Service!

The style of this shoe is nice looking until you take a few steps in them and they crack, crease, and produce awkward lines that are unlike anything I've seen on a new quality leather shoe. The left shoe in particular looks really bad and noticeably different from the right shoe. I literally put the shoes on and walked down stairs, got into my car, drove to work, and walked (no running nor jumping) from the parking garage into the building to my office and the upper part of the shoes looked like I had worn them for a year. I've neve owned a "genuine leather shoe that creased this badly in a matter of minutes of wearing them. It was a dry day so there is no excuse whatsoever for this other than poor craftsmanship and poor materials for the upper. The left shoe doesn't even feel not look like real leather. They only good things that I can say about this product and the company are that they shipped them quickly, these shoes are very comfortable, and the inside of the shoe seems to be made well.

I'm upset because as soon as I arrived at work I sent an email with pictures of the shoes attached and later I tried calling only to get a voicemail message...and then I sent a message via their contact us link on the website and I haven't heard back from them at all.

The shoes arrive on a Friday evening, I only tried one shoe on that day to make sure they fitted. I placed that shoe back in the cover and didn't walk in and wear the shoes until Monday morning for work. Not even an hour of wear and the appearance of the shoes proved to me that I had a bad product. I'm hoping that this company will acknowledge that the upper materials are defective and either replace them with a properly made/quality leather/matching quality pair or immediately refund the money I paid.

The pics I have of the shoes show that after about a total 10 minutes of actual walking time in them they have horrible creases and other things going on that prove that the upper materials are not good quality or defective. I took the pics immediately after arriving at work. This is unacceptable!!!

Gave me a wonderful selection to pick out of and the purchasing price was acceptable...shipping time was excellent....over all 5/5 stars
