The designs created by Libidex back then were ground-breaking in the latex world, pre-empting the couture/latex crossover designs of Gaultier, Mugler and McQueen. Helen was the first person to design latex garments actually tailored from the human body. The Libidex fit became famous and it’s now become the industry standard.
Libidex was one of the first latex fashion companies to go online – yes, really! Launching the website brought Libidex latex clothing to an international audience for the first time, and in October 2004 Libidex opened its fetish emporium in Covent Garden, "Liberation", which is still today the only latex shop in central London.
According to Simon, "Our main selling point is that we offer a high-quality latex clothing at a very reasonable price”. His philosophy has always been to create designs which appeal to a wide audience, rather than to a ‘rubber elite’. Libidex customers come from all walks of life and in all shapes and sizes: from mature, experienced rubber aficionados to the gay scene, transsexuals and transvestites, via clubbers looking for something funky to wear or shy first-timers, and even theatre and opera designers. Perfection
The 2 catsuits fit perfectly better than my first one. Only thing is there was alot of access glue inside the suits. But other than that love em. Would recommend Libidex to my friends all day

This was my first order from Libidex
This was my first order from Libidex, and I was curious how things would go with customs fees and delivery to Germany.
Apart from the shipping costs, everything was covered by Libidex, and the Bianca jumpsuit even arrived a bit faster than expected.
The quality is simply incredible. The latex feels wonderful, smells great, and is even better to wear. This will definitely become my new favorite piece!!

Great customer service, again!!
I had ordered some leggings in semi-transparent aqua latex. Before going ahead with the order customer service reached out to me with concerns about the quality of the latex sheet Libidex had received, some streaking was visible in the latex. They wanted to make sure I would be okay with the appearance and offered to change the colour if I desired. Best part is they sent photos of both the latex sheet and a finished garment so I could better assess the appearance. I elected to go ahead and have the leggings made in the semi-transparent aqua and I love the appearance, the leggings look fantastic and the streaking isn't noticable.
The focus on customer satisfaction and concern about quality (in addion to the fantastic styles and great fit) clearly separates Libidex from the rest.

Well, it's always an issue to deal with customs when receiving a parcel in the EU. Nevertheless, the customer service is great, friendly, and quick to respond. The shipping itself was surprisingly fast, too.

Great Product, CS Could Be More Helpful
My item arrived faster than expected however I have removed one star due to my experience with the sizing and customer service. Customer service was kind enough to extend me try on of the item as my item was delivered while I was out of state. I truly wish that they offered made to measure because the item I chose had an odd fit. I reached out to customer service about the sizing I chose and how would we go on about the situation; I felt as if my responses weren’t thorough enough. It seemed as if they were trying to avoid saying no to an exchange for a size up and/or size taller. I also describe the fit and they didn’t give me a detailed response on how it should fit/feel besides referring to a size chart on their website.
I will give them another shot when I want another item as they are fast with shipment and the quality feels nice.

This is because we prefer to offer a wide range of standard sizes, so as to keep prices and lead times as low as possible (most of our catsuits come in 44 sizes - both for menswear and womenswear!). It is very difficutl to give size & fit advice remotely, especially with notions of fit and comfort varying wildly from one person to the next. We can only go by body measurements and apply them to the size chart to get an idea. It sounds from your review that we cannot guarantee a perfect fit for you, but if you would like to go ahead with the size exchange, it shouldn't be a problem. Please feel free to request this if you wish, or update this review to include your order number so we can look the matter up and contact you privately :)
