The craftsmanship is what surprised me most.everything is well made and strong.i love how lightweight they are.

The quality is unbeatable for the price. It feels like something I'd find in a luxury boutique and the three pieces make it super convenient.

This handbag is everything i hoped for. the vegan lather feels incredibly soft and looks just like genuine leather. its roomy without being oversized and the interior pockets keep everything organized. i can carry it every day and still get compliments nonstop thanks.

Wish I could give it a zero. Absolute worse customer service. No refunds available. Both zippers on sides of purse break in the middle when zipped. Company told me that was not a "big issue" and will not refund anything. It's a big issue to me when I pay for something that doesn't work

The quality very "low" not even sure if leather - smells like man made materials and even though they say FREE RETURNS they said I had to pay and return to Australia - even though it was shipped to my address from Vernon, CA I am in California - had problems with other sellers that seem to have same address in Vernon CA - WAREHOUSE (1) Star because (0) not an option and needed to click to continue

UK Company .... well with a return address in Western Australia this is probably a lie.
Bought a handbag for my wife, advertised as leather from Italy. On arrival clearly not made from leather and made in China. Sought refund advised item to be returned to an address in Australia, although there is a distribution address in Scotland. Or I could have a 10% refund and keep this Leather Handbag. Clearly replies are from a bot and the whole thing is a scam as in the small print they talk about Vegan Leather!!!!!!

I bought the "Anti-theft" bag for my daughter. She really likes the bag. She needed something she could carry her school work and chromebook in that didn't look like a child's backpack. It was bought in October, 2024 and I gave it to her for Christmas. In May I noticed the seams at the bottom corner were fraying and coming apart. I contacted Libra Cases about this issue and the only resolution they offered was that I pay them another £20 to have a replacement sent! They advertise this bag with a 2-year warranty. Why should I have to pay a further £20 to replace something that is supposed to be covered by a 2-year warranty?! I emailed them back asking just that. I got a reply sayi g, "
We can send a replacement but you need to cover the $19 shipping the product itself is free." Rubbish quality bags (not leather), even worse customer service. Avoid this company.
**After reading every review of this company and seeing how many others fell victim of these scam artists, I reduced my rating to 1 star (only because there is no option to give zero stars!)

This company is an absolute SCAM, please be warned and do not buy from them. They sent me the wrong phone case twice and an AI bot named Emily Green refused to offer a refund when I reached out for help. Many of the positive reviews here are also bots that are not using correct grammar. Please be advised that your money is likely to disappear and the product is NOT what they advertise. A SCAM business that needs to be shut down.

I ordered and paid for a anti theft bag 8 days ago and have had no response from this company. No contact to tell me when my bag may arrive, just payment taken from my Mastercard.

This bag is a rip off! They say it’s anti-theft but it’s not. Especially when the company is ripping people off. I can’t believe I got taken and now I can’t return this garbage. It’s obviously not real leather. The zipper is so cheap I can barely open the bag. And it has the oddest smell. Like nothing I’ve ever experienced. It says 30 days free returns but it’s a lie! If it’s on sale you can’t return it. But they hide that fact at the bottom of the page. And even if I could return it I’d have to pay the shipping costs back to China! No, it’s not from Australia. They played me for a fool and ruined what was meant to be a birthday gift to myself. But I’m not going to stop until they’re shut down!

Really wished I had looked at the other reviews before buying this bag - so many have had the same experience- would definitely not have ordered it if I had! I wanted to return the bag sent by Libra cases. I explained it was too ‘glitzy’ for my taste with lots of gold zips. Also inside pocket not deep enough to take mobile phone. Libra reply email was “why”

Eventually I was given the choice of keeping the bag and accepting 10% of cost as refund or returning it, at my own cost, to Australia ( I live in UK) which was £28:75.
Nowhere on the website does it mention returns are to be sent to Australia. In fact they say they will send a returns label. They will not!
Libra cases have now refunded 25% of cost as I told them I would put the bag in a raffle for children with cancer - which I have done.

Further to my earlier review I have been trying to hold Libra Cases to their advertised free return. The AI called Emily Green merely repeats the message of "Return to Australia" for a refund. According to my research the returns address is a Post Office. My bag was made and sent from China so I now think that Libra Cases is a Chinese business masquerading as european. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM - A SCAM!

This company is very dishonest. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE THIEVES paid £39.99 for a bag. They sent small change purse.

Bag didnt arrive , i tried to contact them and got no response.
Massive scam

Oh my what a disappointment. Cheap and nasty anti theft bag!!!! - I think it might be the fact that it smells so much no-one would come near it!!!! and it certainly doesn't smell of genuine leather AT ALL. No label stating it is leather for a start/weird smell/poor quality clips for both over shoulder strap and also the hand carrying one. The top zip is so badly sewn in that it doesn't fully close - cheap and nasty trash made in China. You should be ashamed of advertising this product and you shouldn't be permitted to advertise this product as leather.

Total scam. absolute junk bag, bought on sale (so conveniently cannot be returned). Do not buy any products off their website.

Absolute scam... Bought what was supposed to be high quality leather bag. It was a cheap plastic bag. Ordered light blue, received navy blue! Told I could return bag for a full refund... Main problem, had to return to Australia at a cost of £28.95 to get a £34.50 refund, absolute joke. Steer clear of this company....

This Company is a complete Scam!
I wish I had read the reviews before ordering, the bag is cheap pu leather with inferior trims i.e., zips rings etc, i wouldn't be seen out with this bag and I would be embarrassed giving it to a Charity Shop! Please be aware i have never had to write a report such as this, but feel so annoyed that I have been taken in. On asking for instructions for returning bag for a refund,I was told to return it to Australia!! at a cost of £25 and no guarantee that the address actually exists or that you will get your refund. Please, Please do not be taken in by this advertisement, do not waste your money and i sincerely hope that this Company somewhere along will be charged with fraud.

If it was possible to give 0 stars I would. The “luxury leather” bag I ordered is cheap and nasty plastic and the 30 day guarantee is worthless as I’ve been told I have to return the bag to Australia at my own expense!
